Customer service is great
Customer service is great. We bought 3 lights, all the same and our electrician sucessfully installed 2, but had issues with the 3rd. BTC is replacing the 3rd one. So refreshing to have personal support from a company. We have bought previous fixtures from BTC as well and love the look and quality of the products.

Have not received product
I still have not received my $5k light, 12 days after the quoted arrival time. I’ve tried calling and email Original BTC multiple times without any response.

So happy with my table lamp
The lamp was delivered,well wrapped, and on time.
I bought the floor lamp version some years ago. Now I have the matching table version. I am so happy with them.
