The quality of the products is on another level in terms of how the fittings are made and the materials used to manufacture. My favourite lighting brand. My electrician was super impressed by the quality too!

Just received my rondels yesterday, and they are even more gorgeous than I imagined! The communication with staff was really good, the rondels were meticulously packaged and the shipping was super fast! Thank you for a great experience and a great product!

Chris was so helpful!
Chris Lewis helped us create custom finish sconces after being told by the manufacturer it was not possible. But he made it happen for us! We can't wait to have them in our upcoming project. He worked his magic!

Spare parts
I needed some spare parts for my light fixtures due to move overseas, lady I spoke to was very helpful, found the right parts and sent me a quote. Received parts, well packed, no breakages. Highly recommend.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I received the invoice showing I had paid for the item and promising that a delivery notice would be forthcoming. It never came.

Well Sarah was great as my light could…
Well Sarah was great as my light could not be fixed on the wall, it needed more secure fitting. I contacted Sarah last Thursday, she was very helpful and understanding and said she would dispatch the extra bracket my outside light needed. I am still waiting for that bracket,hence my light is still not fixed.
