Jay F. Was there with me every step of the way. Great unit that has meant every expectation! Love it. Jay kept me informed every step through packaging, shipping and actually receiving the unit. I could not be more pleased. Even with a follow just checking on me. Love that personal touch.

I needed a new computer, and while I built my previous two PCs, I didn't feel like building one myself this time. If you look around enthusiast spaces, there will be a lot of anti-prebuilt sentiment, but I wanted to share that I had a positive experience with Origin PC. My desktop, a custom configured Neuron, shipped 2 weeks after I ordered. This was very reasonable, especially considering I reached out to request a change in parts during that time. The representative assigned to me (Flex C.) was responsive and helpful, keeping me updated even during that period between Christmas and New Year's Day when nobody wants to be working. My PC was assembled and packaged with care. (Professional cable management looks so much better than what I'd do myself). And so far, it's running exactly as expected- no crazy invasive bloatware, no proprietary BIOS, just a computer that works as advertised. No complaints.

The website was well organized, making it easy to find the PC that was the right size, the right specs, and the right price for my daughter. Even though I expected delays due to the holiday, my system was built and shipped well within a reasonable time frame, and the customer support assigned to my order, Oliver, was very helpful and engaging through the whole process. I will definitely buy another system for myself through OriginPC again!

The whole reason I came to these guys was because NZXT was out of stock over Christmas. I found a better deal with OriginPC and they could deliver pretty fast, but I was skeptical at first because I hesitant to trust anyone new for PCs.

They totaly exceeded my expectation (and by they, I specifically mean Bryant as his name was on the updates) - between Christmas and New Years they were actively updating the ticket and getting it all setup and I got it the day after New Years which was amazing timing. Not only was the deal cheaper than NZXT but it came with like a huge LED mousepad, Corsair headphones, and just a bunch of peripherals, and the T-Shirt they sent is really nice quality. The packaging was Grade A as well as the computer itself of course. Really happy I stumbled across this company

Liked the tech help on configuration, disliked the fact that I just bought a PC through Origin and was going to buy another, but the price is greater than MCI by $700 and no additional discount was offered.

I have been researching a new custom laptop after the nightmare experience I had with a 3K+ machine I purchased from Eluktronics through XoticPC almost 3 years ago. After almost a month of reviewing multiple companies and products, I finally settled on OriginPC.com. From the moment I contacted them the experience was amazing, their customer service was beyond reproach. I bought their 18in EON with a NVIDIA 5080 card and received it in less than a week. I purposely waited to write a review till I used the machine for a few days and the machine is flawless and runs like beast, albeit the quietest beast I have owned. I have never seen a machine run as quiet and smooth as this one and they have mastered the cooling when its running challenging games. Everything about the experience with Origin has been flawless from their customer service to the performance of their product. I highly recommend their products. I love my new laptop and I will be a return customer.

I bought a 4000$ millennium MILLENNIUM pc! Flex was the person overseeing my computer. The build time was fast. Just be aware if you do the basic travel time then you might be looking at about a week before it delivers. Only had 1 minor issue on the start up but it ships without any issues and so far the pc has ran perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.

From start to finish, Eddy Hernandez and the entire Origin support team made purchasing a new gaming pc a breeze! From helping build out the correct specs, to finding the model that is best able to ship to Europe, Eddy and his team's communication was almost instantaneous throughout the entire process. I am blown away at the final product as well. The CLEANEST build I've seen and everything worked perfectly straight out of the box. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of buying parts (in this bloated market) and putting it all together yourself I highly suggest Origin PC. You will not be dissapointed. 5 STARS to Eddy and his team!

I was doing some routine maintenance on the system this week (Threadripper 9995WX / RTX 6000 / 256GB) and realized I wanted to send a quick note of appreciation.

Looking back, I really valued that your team didn’t try to upsell memory or push back on the configuration I specced. I had a very specific architecture in mind, and you simply executed it — clean setup, rock solid, exactly as requested.

As I head into 2026, I’m starting to populate the PCIe lanes with some specialized inference hardware (LPU / SRAM), and the foundation you delivered has made that straightforward.

I am loving my build which I am using for a racing sim rig. Powerful, quiet and reliable. Given the huge discount I got in this market for a pre-built configuration I couldn't be happier. The shipping time was also incredibly fast with an express option (I got it in 2 days).

I’ve always wanted a PC from Origin. Originally, it was because they had a reputation for making great computers back when they owned Alienware. After Alienware was sold to Dell, I ended up buying my systems through Dell because I didn’t realize Origin had been sold off.
I’ve been with Alienware for decades, but I’ve always wanted to get a rig from these guys. I’m really happy that I was finally able to get one — not the absolute best rig, since I didn’t have that kind of money, but something solid that will last me for the next few years.
Between Origin’s warranty and upgrade guarantees, this company is going to be the best choice for me going forward, and I look forward to my relationship with them.
They offer some seriously high-quality, cool-looking rigs, and if I had won the lottery, I definitely would have gone with one of their high-end liquid-cooled systems.
That said, I’m extremely happy with my current setup. Unpacking this monster of a tower was an awesome experience.
Bryant was the one who contacted me to check in throughout the shipping process and afterward, and he was incredibly helpful with any questions I had. He has a great personality and provided excellent support.

Eddy was an awesome associate who not only helped me over the phone but through the chat. He was extremely helpful and worked to resolve my issue and concerns as quickly as possible.

Purchased the EON18-x. Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, Nvidia 5090, Vengeance 96 GB Ram DDR5, 2TB MP700 Pro for my main and a secondary 4TB MP700 Pro for my games. Never really had any questions as I tend to do a lot of research on my own before purchasing anything. Even so, my designated contact Oliver continued to provide me with updates about the progress of my laptop build. Having had issues with a previous laptop from another site I was wary of buying again, however the clarity and continuity of Origin PC's site and terms gave me the confidence to go ahead and give it a shot. I even gave it a little something more with their option to etch the lid. The expected ship date was January 5th but I received my laptop on the 30th of December and it is pretty. I'm glad I went with the lid option I did (the green topography looking design) and so far it has performed excellently. I play a variety of games. My first tester was a zombie apocalypse voxel game (everything in the world can be destroyed). I went about collapsing every large, zombie infested building I could find as explosively as I could explode them. Intentionally trying to make it crash. This laptop handled everything but 6 dev nuke grenades and thousands of blocks scattering at a time before the frame rate finally crashed out. Ark Ascended has never run so smooth nor have the clouds ever looked so good, lmao (iykyk). Enshrouded, Satisfactory, Skyrim, Planet crafter, Raft, Valheim, Icarus, even Peak and Rv there yet look good. The audio is impeccable as well. Crisp, clear, balanced, and almost too loud even when turned down low. It also handles heat very well. I work 12 hour nights so, on reset days, this laptop has already seen a lot of long hours of continuous use as I try to stay awake all night to sleep all day. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase so far. Thank you for delivering a quality product.

What made our experience great is the wonderful level of customer service that we have and are still receiving. It is rare to get good and human customer service these days and the staff at Origin were hands-on and also answered all of my questions.
