Jay, the Origin rep who communicated with me throughout this process, was phenomenally helpful. This was the first time I've used Origin to order a laptop, and he provided timely and helpful updates throughout the whole process. There was a small mistake where the graphic artist applied the wrong custom skin to the laptop, and I appreciated Jay's openness in identifying and quickly resolving that issue. The laptop arrived in a well-protected shipping box and has been performing well so far. Thanks for the great experience and excellent support!

I was eyeing the Neuron 3500X ready-to-ship system (RTS 9010073) with the RTX 5090 and Ryzen 9 9950X3D, but had a couple quick questions before ordering during the holiday sale.
Hopped into live chat this morning and got connected with Bryant almost instantly. He was awesome—super polite, knowledgeable, and answered everything clearly without any sales pressure:

Confirmed RTS units are brand new (not pre-owned), pre-built for that super-fast 1-3 day shipping.
Explained that I can't customize them before shipping (they're preset), but adding more RAM/storage after arrival is totally fine.
Let me know the current sale pricing doesn't have a firm end date, but usually changes at the start of a new month.

I’ll be honest: this purchase didn’t go perfectly from start to finish. I ran into some initial payment issues during checkout, and the shipping experience with UPS was extremely frustrating. The system was delayed, went days without tracking updates, and ultimately showed up unexpectedly.

That said, I’m leaving this as a 5-star review for Origin PC because of how they handled everything that was in their control.

Jake and the Origin team stayed in constant communication, took my concerns seriously, and never once tried to dismiss or minimize the situation. They escalated appropriately, explained the process clearly, and reassured me that I was fully covered no matter how things turned out.

When you’re making a high-end purchase like this, issues can happen. What matters is how a company responds and Origin absolutely showed they stand behind their customers. Despite the hurdles, I would still recommend Origin PC based on their professionalism, transparency, and customer support.

I really enjoyed the user friendly website while customizing my pc, but what really stood out was their customer service. I had an issue with my payment and they were patient while I got everything situated. They stayed in contact with me both through email and phone calls. I haven’t open the PC yet, as it is a Christmas gift, but they have a warranty program which is ultimately why I chose to purchase a PC through Origin.

Beyond the hardware, the experience was great because of the people. Eddy Hernandez provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was handled perfectly. I ordered my second PC from Origin 3 years after my first because the experience was so good. I wanted to keep the first one for use with my car sim rig exclusively and get well rounded PC built for house use and gaming only. I reached out to their sales team and could not be happier with my experience in their help building the correct products I would need to achieve my goals. I made the order Nov. ‘25 and received it Dec. ‘25. Happy to have two beasts as my PC’s in my house. Both are perfectly suited for what they are being used for. Reach out to the sales team and they can help to point you in the right direction.

It was a great experience. Pricing was very fair especially with the current market on some items so that was a ++ It was very quickly built and shipped with zero issues. Only thing I wish is if there was more options for them to tweak windows and do some adjustments like oc or tuning for specific uses but that’s ok I can just takes me a lot longer mainly due bc of time work and family haha I highly recommend Origin and trust there team thanks for the great pc!
