I have definitely been sleeping better with this pillow. It’s giving me a better sleep and I don’t feel as tired in the morning. My sleeping in the afternoon has lessened, not completely abated but I am working on it.

Repeated requests for information on how to return the pillow were not answered. Google informed me that the published email for Orthinex was not valid.

I need to return my order and have not received any information on how to do so in spite of repeated requests

Extremely poor customer service. I purchased 2 pillows and tried to send them back under 100 days trial. After several emails I received a message saying my contract was with the previous company that no longer exists and I should go to my bank for a refund.

Add me to the list of people that have had zero response from customer service. All the emails I've sent to the address which they advise customers to use have bounced back to me. I've been trying to reach them for over a week and it's been radio silence. I am well within the 100 day trial period and want to return the pillow but it's looking like I'll have to eat the cost of it. I would not have ordered from this company had I known the customer service response was going to be nonexistent. Order off of Amazon instead.

Terrible customer service, I have returned my pillow now so hope I get a response and a refund as promised in the marketing .

I wished I had know u could order thru Amazon a lot cheaper! I have like many of you have emailed over over as soon I got my pillow that rolled up vacc bagged with directions r receipt! No address to mail back! I paid for shipping once the 2 shipping should b on them. I have emailed almost everyday for a week still No response! I don’t like it I tried to 2 afternoon and put away sending help to send it back and refund my 80.00
I am beginning to believe this also scam. I read the reviews and I am just like everyone else trying toget this mail back refund. They reply back to some ppl to reach out to them but what company that doesn’t a phone # r customer service
That sent a red flag plus No response over a week 2 nd red flag 3 no instructions No receipt

Ordered 16 May with no movement on tracking emails are not answered and now reading reviews I feel like I made a mistake to order this product
I want a refund due to the delay in shipping and lack of communication but no answer on emails so will wait another week before going to a ombudsman

The website is no longer active and I've had no replies to my request for a refund. My email to their info email address bounced back. I've asked for a refund from my credit company.

These really work!!

I ordered two of the pillows to see if all the hype was correct. I had bought others who said similar things previously but they didn’t do anything, these do!

I was sceptical but wow, so comfortable, unless my dog comes onto the bed, my husband and I have a great sleep. Thank you.

I was initially sceptical as I have had so many different pillows over the years, but I have been pleasantly surprised and quite intrigued with my new pillows

Pillow just arrived very long wait however the plastic is so very tight & cannot remove without tearing it so the pictures I’m assuming are instructions for use, are torn. Would be much better to put the instructions paper Inside the plastic so its not destroyed trying to open it.

The only bad thing I found with this pillow is that it didn't come with instructions on how to use it. It just had a picture which was hard to understand. It's a very oddly shaped pillow, so I wasn't sure which side you were supposed to use. I emailed them and they sent me instructions on which way to place your neck. I LOVE the pillow now. I did try another very similarly shaped pillow but it was so dense and hard that it was too uncomfortable. This pillow is just the right hardness. I am a side sleeper and it has helped my neck tremendously.

Company said the pillow was delivered; but it wasn't. Every time I try to email, it says the email is no good. Complete SCAM

It’s an awesome pillow!! Help me sleep well without feeling any discomfort.

My experience with this company was great. My order got displaced somewhere and they did their diligence into the matter and replaced what was lost. Me and my wife check out the product (pillow) and me and my wife was very happy. I will be ordering another one for Semi Truck also. Hey thanks again for replacing our lost product.

I wish I found this review site BEFORE I got SCAMMED from this company. DO NOT BUY. The pillow that was received was not the same as the pillow advertised. They give you the run around when you want to return it. Then finally they tell you that you have to pay shipping to return it to CHINA. Even though that's not where it was shipped to me from! Disgrace! Don't fall for it. Also...my credit card company alerted me that there were 9 attempts at making a high amount purchase. I totally believe it was someone from this company. Scam!

The pillow stinks. The foam smells terrible. I’ll have to throw it away. Smells like chemicals. Awful product. Don’t buy this.
