If could give them a ZERO I would. The product might work for some, but didn't for us. So I tried processing a return. First they offered to refund 5% of my purchase price and keep the pillow. I respectfully declined and asked again for info to return. Then, in succession, they offered 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% refunds for me to keep the pillow. After I refused the 40% offer, they finally sent me the return address, and guess where it is....... CHINA. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!! They didn't ship the produce TO ME from China, but that's where I have to return it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, OR BUY IT THROUGH AMAZON, WHICH IS WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE.

Do not buy
I do not like the pillows. They’re hard and poor quality and the company is giving me the run around when I have asked several times for a refund. Do NOT recommend at all.

I have searched for the perfect pillow
I have searched for the perfect pillow. I think Orthinex has designed i am not a fan of the pillowcase. It's a great idea, but stuffing it into the case takes away from the aerodynamics of the pillow design. Once I removed the case, I slept straight thru the night.

Absolute SCAM! Do not buy from this company you will regret it!
I ordered a pillow and pillow case from these scammers and only received a pillow case. I have proof of the small size of the parcel which was only 30cm x 30cm, yet they say a pillow was in this parcel! After multiple emails and pathetic excuses asking for more and more proof to try and get them to send the pillow I paid over $113.00 Australian dollars for and did not receive, they have made the decision that I had received the pillow and that I was basically lying or it was stolen.
If it was stolen I would not have received a small parcel right??
I am extremely angry at them for completely overlooking my proof of the picture of the tiny parcel that only had a pillow case in it and making that decision. I am now out of pocket and will not receive what I paid for.
This is a scam and do not deal with this company!!
Update….Orthinex responded to this review and asked for me to email them so they could review my case as a matter of priority.
As I expected, after emailing them I have had no response in 3 days!
Not expecting one either from this pathetic company.
I warned you they were scammers!!!

I have had my pillow for a couple of…
I have had my pillow for a couple of weeks now.
I have not woken up to a headache or pain in my neck, shoulders or back yet.
There really was no adjustment time needed.
I normally keep my old pillow within reach when I switch to a new one, but have not needed to used my old pillow once.
Being a back & side sleeper I expected that I would sleep better one way than the other, this is not the case. I sleep well all night.
Took a little long to arrive, but worth the wait.

This pillow fits my neck so well, I love the space for your arms. Especially since I have had neck surgery it is extremely hard to find a pillow to support my neck properly. I highly recommend this product!

The pillow shape is perfect wife my arthritic neck! I actually sleep better and most morning wake up without a sore neck!
The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the quality of the inner pillow and the affixing of the buttons through the hole in the middle of the pillow? I wonder what the what warranty period on the system is?

It may look strange but it works. I had neck and shoulder pain that would wake me up at night. painkillers were the only thing that worked Until now. After a few days I noticed no more pain, I sleep better and longer. This pillow is going on holiday with me.

Weird but wonderful!
Good communication and fairly swift delivery. Was really unconvinced when I got the pillow out of the packaging but I have had the best nights’ sleep I can remember. It does feel odd for about 30 seconds but then you are asleep. Delighted!

If I could give this a zero rating I would. Not only did their pillow not work,but when I sent an email asking for a refund I was met with push back and offering 30% cash back and to keep the pillow. When I said that wasn't going to work, their automated system kept upping the amount until 50% where i was then told to return it at my own cost. This is a scam and not worth the headache.

This company operating under ML Media Agency is a disgrace. I bought their pillow for £59.95, I've since learnt that the price is very much overflated. The pillow I received, stuffed into the smallest packaging imaginable clearly stating from China and nothing like the one i was expecting. I have been backwards and forwards as I know a lot of customers have been and am currently @ 40% cash back and can keep the pillow. The pillow that is not as advertised, this company do not seem to think that mis selling is an issue. Forget the 100 night cash back promise it is fake just like them. I have had enough of their insulting, patronising replies, always from the computer generated Anne!!! Next step trading standards and Rip Off Britain.

SCAM! No risk free trial, no refund.
This is a scam! I'm so sorry I fell for it! I bought this pillow with high hops for neck relief. It just wasn't the right pillow for me and made my neck hurt more. I don't doubt that some people love the pillow, but it didn't work for me.
The website says 100 day trial- no risk for a full refund. That is a joke. They offer 10% refund with back and forth emails trying to convince you to keep your pillow or take the 10%.
Do not order from this website. Find a more reputable company.

This pillow is much too small and it's difficult to maintain your head in the optimal position on the pillow. If you're a sleeper who never moves around at night, then this pillow will work for you, but I feel it's still way too small. I've actually quit using mine already and I don't recommend purchasing this pillow.
