The product and company is a SHAM
This product and company is a SHAM in my opinion. I bought 2 pillows trusting their 100 days return/refund policy. when I wasn't satisfied with their product as it increased my neck pain further I contacted them for processing the return. They offered me just 10% refund of my whole order. This is pathetic experience from this company and I will strongly suggest to not invest further in their product.

Don’t waste your time!
I ordered a pillow and got a sad version of the one advertised. I asked to cancel the order and was told I could only do that within 8 hrs of purchase. I received my order yesterday and have been asking for a return address for which I’ve gotten zero assistance. Instead I got an email about “giving the pillow a try” and a discount to keep it vs shipping it back. I have zero intention of keeping this pillow and would never buy anything through this company again. “Hassle free returns” what a joke!

Scam. Do not buy.
I ordered 2 pillows and they never showed up to my house. When I reached out to customer service, I was directed to ACI Logistics who said that they had sent the product back to the sender. When I asked for a refund, Orthinex customer service insisted that my package was going to show up. It never did and they stopped responding to my emails. Total scam, do not recommend.

Give this pillow a try before giving up on it.
When I first saw the pillow I did not think I would like it. I suggest to others to really give this pillow a chance because if you put your head in it correctly it really works to help with neck aches. I was also pleased that I could turn my head right or left and not have my nose plastered into the pillow. My only hope is that the company will get a regular pillow case made to fit this pillow as removing the cover is not the easiest.

I absolutely love this pillow. I was a bit leery about the different shape but, oh my, these people know what they are doing! It’s like finding your sweet spot and sinking into wonderful comfort. I will be taking my pillow everywhere I go on trips, etc.
Light weight and the case is perfect for the pillow.

Terrible return process (not yet resolved)
Hopefully this pillow works for you, because returning it is a nightmare. Company will not authorize a return and keeps making offers for a percentage back as well as keeping the pillow. I have advised several times that I want to return it. It is not hassle-free in any way and is still in process.

Paid for My Order, Never Received It”
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping me figure out what went wrong, they told me to sort it out myself. I would expect a company to take responsibility for investigating missing deliveries — not push that responsibility onto the customer.
I am still waiting for my two cushions, and I’m getting no support in resolving this issue. This is unacceptable. I paid for a product I haven’t received, and now I’m left chasing after answers on my own. I sincerely hope this gets addressed quickly.
Please let me know how you plan to fix

Going through refund process
Ordered 2 pillows and found it was not a fit for us and trying to go through thier process for full refund but getting back and forth emails on different offers which we are not interested just want to return but there not making it easy. Still trying to resolve.

Best pillow that I have ever had
Bought this following a shoulder injury and it helped recovery without doubt. It is also the most comfortable pillow that I have ever owned (aged 78) and I actively look forward to using it every night with the best sleep possible. No more stiff neck.

I love how it supports my neck. I'm a back sleeper. I find the puffed sides perfect for cradling my cheek, when I go to sleep. Overall so happy I made this purchase!!

Neck Pain 90% Gone!!!
I have had neck pain for many years and tried different procedures and lately I had been going to a neck chiropractor for 2 months twice a week and never had any results. So I had read about your pillows from online and my neighbor told me he had one and loved it. So I ordered it. Within 3 nights of sleeping on it, my neck stopped hurting! I was totally shocked and couldn’t believe it, but it’s been incredible to be able to sleep at night and wake up with no pain!

Regarding the smell, newly made memory foam pillows sometimes have a scent due to the high-quality, brand-new materials used in production. This is completely normal and typically fades after a short period. We recommend airing out the pillow in a well-ventilated area to help speed up the process.

Beware Dishonest Chinese Company
Pursuant to my previous report of a terrible experience, Orthinex sent out an automated "please contact us personally so we can help you" response. Then they emailed me to try to convince me to try their product. But I don't want their product and I will not open their package when it arrives. If you find their online return policy (which isn't easy to do) they give you 5 hours after placing order in which to return it! This is a dishonest Chinese company that is preying on innocent Americans. I don't trust them or their products. They can make this right by sending me a return label and refunding my money to save me the trouble of taking this up with my bank and with Paypal.

Do not waste your money and time.
They charged my card upon order and 3 weeks later a tiny package arrives on my porch. I still have hope as I open the package. First the smell that hits you is overwhelming, after two weeks it is still lingering so surely it’s a toxic chemical.
The pillow on the ads is NOT the pillow I received. It still hasn’t filled out the pillowcase. It’s about 2” thick on one side, and ZERO support. after a few minutes, your head is literally on your mattress.
Now let’s talk about my time and sanity, website and ads talk about 💯 guarantee. LOLOLOLOL. I initiated the return process and started into a game of let’s make a deal. Their initial offer was 10% refund. now I understand it will cost money to ship back to China but come on. They do not want to process a return and are not allowed to resell this item so they do not want this back.
Go to a store, try the pillow, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Would give zero stars if it was an option.
