This is the first pillow that does what it promised! It holds its shape, I can flip and flop and still have correct neck position and support. I finally wake up without neck pain and without headaches. Thank you!

The pillow has made a huge difference
The pillow has made a huge difference, I am now able to sleep without a collar on which is a relief, but its not the most comfortable as a very different shape to a standard pillow, just have to give a bit more time.

Suprised
I’ve bought a few different brands of similar pillows, I’ve always been disappointed. That’s why I hesitated buying this one, but I was wrong! It’s amazing, supports my neck well, is soft and comfortable and I wake up with my neck and shoulders feeling a lot better than any other pillow I’ve tried! I’ve since bought another one for my caravan bed!

Just a scam!
I opened up the package containing the pillow and the smell was overwhelming. I immediately contacted the company to return it…after many many emails.. they offered me 10% cash back, even though I pointed out that their website states that items can be returned. I just wanted it out of my house because the smell was absolutely toxic. I’m still trying to return it, but to no success. It’s going in the garbage! What a scam!!

Comfy pillow
The orthinex pillow feels great in supporting my head and neck. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the smell of it. I had to let it air out outside for a few days.

So far I rate this pillow a 2 because I still have not received my pillow?? I keep getting all these weird tracking numbers.. today I received one from china on my shop app! I accepted the cookies statement! So I’m probably in trouble with my info being hacked! Who knows.. nonetheless I ordered my pillow on 2/3/25 with no movement from the other shipping app provided in the email from Orthinex. I’m hoping to get this soon and to not be dissatisfied when I do!

I was having a major neck ache when I purchased this pillow. After only 10 days, I feel so much better. Love the neck support and comfort both for side sleeping and back sleeping.

This new pillow has solved my cervical…
This new pillow has solved my cervical disk displacement problems. However, it is not quite thick enough for the length of my shoulder and I have had to add about an inch of boosting material to increase its height and therefore eliminate the soreness of slightly overstretched neck muscles.

Late and offers zero neck support.
Took 2 weeks longer than expected to get here and when I saw how small and lightweight the little envelope it came in I started to get skeptical and like I was fixing to regret this purchase.
Opened it up skeptically and it did fluff up a little but seems to be so soft it wouldn’t offer any support. I tried it out and my head squished the pillow almost flat and that ended up hurting my arms and after about 20 seconds I realized this isn’t what they claimed.
I’m sure no one from orthinex will read this as on their website they offer no links on how to leave a review. I had to google trust pilot and then find the company and now leave the review. If they wanted true reviews wouldn’t they put a link on their website with an area to leave reviews? No make it hard af to be able to review, why, is it because you know they products quality is sub par and you make it ridiculous to return, oh right.

Impressed and delighted - this has very quickly eased my neck pain.

As an older man, despite having a memory foam pillow, I've been suffering a lot of neck pain and stiff shoulders for some time. But after only a few hours using the Orthinex pillow, the pain has eased and I can now move my neck again. I can't believe how quickly it's made a difference.
Money well spent. Highly recommended.

This product stinks
I purchased this pillow and have requested a return due to the offensive odor that will not go away. The company wants me to keep the pillow for a small discount. This product STINKS buyer beware.

DONT BUY THIS PILLOW
If I could give this review a 0 I would!! The pillow is not like it is advertised. It came all rolled up in a plastic bag, the arm cut outs are not like what is shown on the website, and it has a strong chemical smell. When I emailed them for a refund, I was told to give it 10 days for my body to get use to the pillow. Second email they offered 10% refund third email 20% refund. These people are scammers and take advantage of the consumer. DONT BUY THIS PILLOW!! I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering. Everyone is saying the same thing about this company. I have emailed them back and forth 8 different times, waiting to see what the next offer is. I may just take it to get some compensation from them if they even follow through with what the say. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. Your order doesn’t arrive after 5 weeks. They respond with this isn’t the experience we want for our customers and thank you for waiting. After asking for a refund they then email you to say they’ve sent another one.
I ordered this 7 weeks before I am leaving the country. They knew this and still sent a new one knowing I was leaving in 3 days. If I waited 5 weeks for the first order that never turned up I’m really unsure as to why they think the second one will turn up in 3 days. Just a way to get out of a refund. Let’s hope the buyers of my house enjoy my $100 pillow.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 pillows and they both came defective. They never formed into the shape they were supposed to be and are still flat 3 days later. When I emailed about the defective items and asked to start the return process, I was met with a slap to the face response; “we would be happy to offer you a 10% cashback on your purchase, and you can keep the item.” After going back and forth a few more times about how ridiculous that sounded, I was given 20% back. I spent $110 dollars and will get $20 dollars back. This company is a scam, DO NOT BUY THEIR PILLOWS!

No More Neck Pain
My husband and I have been using the Orthinex Premium Ergonomic Pillow for about a week now. I used to wake up with a sore neck every morning but not with this pillow. I wake up pain free. My husband says he finds he is sleeping deeper than before making it a more restful sleep. I am still getting used to mine. I sleep on both my side and back but I tend to move quite often during the night so I do find myself moving my head out of the groove sometimes but I can quickly adjust it back to the right spot. I will need a little more time to get used to mine but I definitely feel the difference with this pillow.
