Purchased near and far glasses. Do t work as should. Tried multiple emails just get automated replies. If there was an option to put ZERO stars I would. BEWARE ITS A SCAM I BELIEVE STAY WELL CLEAR. EVEN THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY GIVE IS FAKE !!!!!!

Havent received item after 35 plus days. Keep getting told it will arrive within 2-5 days but it still hasn't arrived. Awful Customer service

This is a shocking company. Advised they sent a car window film/cleaner, they have continued to maintain the item was delivered. It was not. Shocking company. Stay away from them.

Ordered tummy control jeans didn’t arrive after 2wks contacted customer service they replied quickly said item held up in customs. they sent replacement arrived today …lovely jeans wore them all day to see if they kept shape they did. Just ordered another pair would say size down..for the price brilliant everyday jeans. Would urge others to contact customer services if not arrived. For the price and quality can’t go wrong…

DO NOT BY. THIS APPEARS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews first. No sign of my jeans for over a month, and as previous customers have mentioned, only auto generated replies which makes it ever more frustrating. Please save your money and shop elsewhere

Appalling company. Nearly two months I've waited for a delivery.
All I get is computer generated response.

This is a terrible company. Shocking customer service, and they do not respond to emails, only send automated messages saying they will be in touch. I am in the process of giving them a last opportunity in which to resolve my issues with the false advertising, before I take matters further. Just playing a waiting game now. Not a happy customer. Please people avoid this company

Takes forever to arrive and when they say you can get your money back, you can't as they don't respond to a useless product. Don't waste your money or time.

Ordered one item, took a while but arrived safely, ordered different items & after nearly a month only received one out of 3! Tried to message on their website to be told "ordered within last 30 days" so could not submit!!! Avoid like the plague!

Item never got delivered. Asked Ouisyes for a refund four times, but was always ignored.
Fortunately I had paid via PayPal, and after contacting PayPal about the issue with Ouisyes, PayPal issued me a refund, NOT Ouisyes.

Bras ordered didn't match the description. I was sent 3 items in 2 different sizes, none of the sizes matched my order. I will not buy from them again.

I noticed they sent me an email asking for a review but no opportunity to actually leave one. The reviews of their bras appear to be by men.

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered items in January and tracked them. Arrived in Glasgow in early February and have been there ever since. It’s now mid March. Contacted company and got nowhere. Avoid unless you wish to lose money

Ordered car windscreen cleaners. Completely false claims in their advertising. Impossible to get refund. All emails ignored.
Genuine contact details not available. Scammers.

Order was dispatched, got to the UK, but was returned to sender. Complete bunch of scammers, don't buy anything from them.

Would be zero if it was possible!! This is China not UK like they lie/state everywhere they advertise - do not buy from these scammers

Do not buy from this company. Bought 2 body suits for £37 . Video and pictures shows how body suit shaping your body.
Guess what it doesn't do nothing. Absolutely nothing it even looks worse with it. Pluss rolled up. PayPal closed the case in their favour as for them body suit looks the same what I ordered. Fuming...

I placed the order for a green leaf jumpsuit before I saw these reviews and I was really worried that I was going to receive a dud. It arrived within 10 days of ordering, it is exactly as I ordered and look fantastic on! I’m so pleased for the price, it will get worn so much over the summer (if we ever have one).

I bought a dress which was advertised as being a “cotton and linen printed lapel loose dress.” and because of the natural material advertised I sent for it. However there is no cotton or linen in the dress and interestingly there is no label attached to say quite what it is made of. I was totally misled. Very disappointed.
