Ordered an item paid by PayPal, item never arrived, no confirmation email, absolutely no way to get in touch with them, I filed a claim with PayPal and this company sent out the item, a rag, so now I'm asking to return through PayPal and the company has stopped talking to us

i ordered a summer casual dress and it took about 2 weeks to arrive, i washed and ironed it to soften up the fabric, i wore it during the day 4 times in a week in Spain and even my husband commented how nice it looked. it is very comfortable, smart and didnt wrinkle at all, in fact i've just ordered a different colour. Very Happy Customer

Ordered two slimming bodysuits and very disappointed.
Material is thin and cheap and they most certainly don’t hold you in.
I was hoping for a bit of a slimmer look like it’s advertised but does nothing at all for your figure. Also took over two weeks to arrive.

Bought two tops from this company! Never received them and 2 months later asked for refund. Only proof of delivery they gave me was a referral to the shipping company who claimed they had delivered my goods. Payed through Pp, lodged a complaint through them, got very threatening emails from the company to drop my complaint or they won't refund me my money!! According to pp the case was closed because the company provided a valid proof of shipment.... shipment!!! Not valid proof of delivery! Am totally disgusted to say the least!!! And I lost my money!

Very poor quality . Received my order today . Not true to size and very poor quality . Having problem returning the poor quality clothing .😏

i just want to say
the pictures of the clothes look amazing the same as shown an temu however you take a chance on a lot of their stuff as to whether they are going to look as nice as they do on the pictures . I have to say i ordered 3 dresses from ouisyes that looked gorgeous but when they came they looked very chap BIT their customer service was amazing and they refunded me straight away . i was worried that i had wasted my money but they were very good in refunding me and without having to send them back

I did look at Trustpilot and it queried the validity as ouisyes didn’t usually sell dresses. I took a chance and ordered ONE dress as advertised on Facebook at 50% reduction. I saw the the the final order, everything was correct. When the confirmation email came through the end price was 100% of cost. In the process of writing to complain I spotted that my order had been altered to TWO dresses, hence double the price. It was getting late at night and I decided to let it go. I could probably make use of both. Refund policy states can return 14 days from date of PURCHASE. The dresses arrived 17 days after purchase! I size I ordered was M. Both dresses were XL. I won’t even attempt to return. Too much stress for no good outcome. My advice - DON’T use this firm.

Absolutely terrible Seams do not match on top and bottom of jumpsuit so twisted and y wearable steer clear

Yep! Totally agree with everyone else in regards to research etc… feel like a right idiot! The jumpsuits I ordered which were two of them 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ fitted but were a little on the small side absolutely hideous cheap material. Purchased through facebook and think I was had big time! Really misled I feel. Lesson well and truly learnt from this. Avoid at all costs otherwise it’ll cost you more than you bargained for!

After 3 weeks my dress arrived, omg it's nothing like the dress on Facebook.why did I not read reviews.its so thin and cheap ,it fits but couldn't wear it on an evening as its see-through. Might be ok over my swimsuit or for garden at home.please avoid.

Ordered what a thought was a lovely floaty jumpsuit …absolutely not what I recieved …cheapest of the cheap material with a hole in pocket …scam! Keep clear folks

Pretty much what happened to others here. The dresses I ordered are massive. I ordered M received L. I'm a 10 so ordered the size recommended. At least 3 to 4 sizes too big.
I'm now going via PayPal to try and solve.
I contacted ouisyes to return but they're using every excuse to not and mostly saying I ordered a L. Luckily I had screenshot of my order showing I ordered M.i believe they are changing the sizes in the communications with me to blame me and therefore not accept responsibility.

Ordered 3 dresses in different colors. Ordered size by recommended European sizes. Completely wrong. 3 sizes too big. Really cheap material. Never again!

This is a scam. The dress that arrived (eventually!) looks nothing like the picture on Facebook! The pattern is different and is made of the thinnest, cheapest material! I’ve heard about these companies that copy images from other sites then make cheap nasty copies…..stay clear!

Received my dress today (4 May). Ordered 15 April. Didn't realise it was coming from China.

Awful awful dress - material so thin, shapeless and way too big for the size, seams raw. Cheap cheap cheap. Bears no resemblance to the picture on the website.

Have seen other reviews that this is a scam company. Wish I had done my homework before ordering.

Only positive is that it was actually delivered.
