Excellent service. I ordered a pair of trainers from the website and they were delivered to me within 3-working days on a FREE delivery service.

The trainers did not fit and I had to return them. My refund was granted and credited back into my account within 1 week of me sending the trainers back.

All in all, Outfit78 were put to the test on my entire transaction! I was delighted at how fast and courteous they were with my order and my refund request. Simply an excellent service.

Excellent service throughout. Ordered 2 pairs of trainers as wasn’t sure what size I would need, returned one pair. Kept up to date with regular emails and the refund was processed promptly. Highly recommend and would definitely shop with them again.

Top service. Product as described. Great price. Will 100% use Outfit78 again 👏🏻

Excellent little shop. Good quality designer branded clothing and accessories. Aaron is a great guy and really helpful.

Great price, great service. Fast delivery and courtesy update emails.......as you’d expect from a small family run business. Puts a lot of the so called ‘customer service’ of the big corporate businesses to shame!

I bought an Elesse jacket from Outfit78 online. They had the size that I wanted and it was cheaper than from Ellesse. They emailed to say when the package was posted and it arrived shortly after. I would buy from this store again

My dad ordered a jacket online for my son for Christmas, unfortunately too small for him so contacted them via Instagram. We're so helpful in sorting out the exchange of the jacket and we have received the new one today after being posted out yesterday. Excellent customer service from the first purchase to the exchange process. Would highly recommend 😊

Items were exactly as described and arrived in good packaging.
