Their pictures do not reflect a cheap quality we paid for and received a lamp that had stains all over it and then sent them a message indicating such with all the photos they responded back with “no problem you qualify for not needing to send back the lamp for exchange.” then suing eight weeks resulted in their responses telling us that now we need to send the item back but refuse to give us return labels or even a return address. Use caution when dealing with this vendor in fact avoid them completely the quality in photos do not match what the end product that’s delivered to you look for more reputable firms.
