Still have not received my order. Order placed December 14th and it is now February 2.

my order took too long. my order had two boxes. I received one of them and they keep saying the next one will come evne though there is no way to track it.

I tried to return it and they kept saying you have to wait for both boxes. after I recieved both boxes, they kept rejecting my returns.

Please don't buy abything from them

I ordered a floor lamp on Nov 17,2025 it was supposed to arrive mid Dec and after a couple of weeks delay only the lampshade arrived (no base). Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service after I got the lamp shade, I received no response. As a result, I had to dispute my credit card to get my money back.

Update:
It’s ironic that the based just arrived today, January 17th, 2025. the customer service still hasn’t responded. The quality of the lamp doesn’t match the price but the design is unique.

Items didn’t arrive on time at all. Quality was poor. And customer service not helpful in expediting process

Ordered a floor lamp November 20th for Christmas gift. Did not arrive despite website stating 4-5 week delivery time. What arrived on January 6th was just the lampshade for the lamp. It’s been six days since I emailed Outlight and they haven’t responded. I will be disputing the $550 charge with my cc company if I don’t hear back with a satisfactory resolution by tomorrow.

I have not received what I ordered on 11/23 — 7 weeks ago. Supposedly shipped 12/21. Still no sign of it. Tracking doesn’t work. Will be asking for refund.

I only received a metal disc that looks like the base. There is no light and I can not get any response from customer support. The shipment shows delivered but this is obviously not correct.

I ordered lamps from outlight.us and had a really disappointing experience. Delivery took about a month and a half, and when the package finally arrived, I only received the lamp shades—the rest of the parts were missing, so I obviously I can’t assemble or install them.

These lamps are expensive. I tried contacting them by email because there’s no clear phone number, but I haven’t received any response. On top of that, their website shows a “Support” option, but when you click it, it leads to a 404 Page Not Found.

I don’t recommend buying from this site due to the long delay, expensive price, lack of customer support and most important: “incomplete order”.

I purchased a lamp from Outlight. The product I received did not match the description: the base was wood instead of metal, the lamp was shorter than advertised (43" instead of 50"), and it included a top bracket that is visually unappealing, poorly designed, and was not shown in the photos or described in the specifications.

I contacted the company immediately, provided photographic evidence, and submitted my return request twice. The first request was rejected with the claim that video documentation was required, which the customer service representative later confirmed was not necessary. The second request was rejected with the claim that the correct product was sent, even though the representative had admitted the product was incorrect and provided clear instructions for resubmitting the claim, which I followed exactly.

Additionally, my partner wrote a review of this purchase on the company’s Facebook page, which disappeared soon after and was presumably deleted by the company. I have read multiple reports from other customers of similar experiences, including removal of reviews and comments, as well as issues with receiving incorrect products and difficulty obtaining refunds.

Given the product discrepancies, rejected returns, and similar complaints from other customers, I would advise potential buyers to be cautious.

No updates on shipping. When I click the link to track it, it doesn’t track anything. It’s so frustrating.

2 months after placing the order, the package finally arrived. 2 of the floor lights have NO PLUGS!! I had to double check, and sure enough, the website says they have plugs-they aren’t hardwired. They are also missing bases! So now I have 2 floor lamps that can’t stand up or be plugged in. One of them might also be the wrong color temperature, but I can’t plug it in to find out. The 3rd floor lamp keeps shorting the bulbs, so I can’t use that light either!

I have messaged the company twice so far, and no response. Insanity.

The lights are beautiful when they work so it’s hard to give a proper review. I have other lights from Oulight that I love.

Frauds.
Lied about delivery dates and shipping for 6 weeks. Lousy cheap products. Ct insistent deceit.

order #5654, ordered 11/28/25 and still have not received the two lamps, seems a little excessive of a wait...

I got the Noa (type 4) lamp. The description says it’s made of steel and frosted glass, but it’s 100% made out of plastic. Not to mention the box came completely damaged so even if I could return it (which they won’t), I won’t be able to. Oh, and it took them 8 weeks, and only shipped when I complained. An expensive lesson to not trust these drop shipping companies. Buyer beware!

I believe this company is a scam. I ordered 4 outdoor lights that stated were in stock. I received a FedEx tracking number within a few days of placing my order with an arrival date and my credit card was charged. It is now 3 weeks after the arrival date and the delivery never came. FedEx said they never received a pick up order. This company does not have a phone # and does not follow through and customer service is a joke. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Customer service has been good, but the main issue is with the lights. The fixtures do not appear to be designed for standard US light boxes, and given the price of these fixtures, the fact that the bulbs cannot be replaced is extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend either redesigning them for US compatibility or making the bulbs replaceable, as this would significantly improve the value for customers. I am returning the lights and must still pay for shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee, which feels unfair under these circumstances. Customers should be very, very careful before ordering, as these important limitations were not clearly explained on the website.

Avoid this company. They will not honor products shipped that are defective. Cost me $600+ and they will not take the defective product back or refund me.

This company means well and my large Aven light is awesome.

Communication is an issue but in the end they refunded me as promised.

I would buy again from them, just be patient. They do state it can take a month but mine was only a couple weeks.
