Jess answered my query and gave good advice moving forward.

A log of my previous calls requesting invoices & usage details will show that whilst your personnel tried to determine the problem, nothing was achieved until yesterday, when I received advice of credits, but still no invoices. Today's call to Jasmine had her research the problem & resolve it rapidly with patience & cordiality - full marks!

I love their bill smoothing feature that month in, month out, your electricity bill is the same. Plus being on an EV plan, we're paying $115/month yet we're more than $800 in credit due to free electricity.

No wait time and a customer service staff member who was patient and attentive. This is what customer service is about!

I didn't have to wait long for Jess to take the call. I explained to Jess my question regarding a recent invoice and Jess sorted it quickly. Great Customer Service!

Jess was so lovely and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer my complex query with no issues what so ever. It's a stark contrast to the customer service I've experienced with other energy companies.

Jess was great to deal with regarding my request to refund excess account credit to my bank account. Jess explained that I couldn't withdraw any Australian Government rebate money that formed part of my account credit. I was offered a refund for a slightly reduced amount and the ability pause direct debit for a while so I could use up the account credit that was still there. This was well explained and a great suggestion for me so I went along with it.

Once a got to an operator the service was great

Terrible customer service, They charge you more than what they advertise and then tell you it your problem and they do not care at all. They actually recommend you find a cheaper rate at a different retailer. SO take their own advise and DO NOT use OVO ENERGY and find a cheaper or better customer service retailer. You have been warned now its your own fault if you use them

Literally impossible to get into contact with them. I have called several times across a regular business day but told it was 'outside of hours', tried online chat no response, sent emails and no communication. Will be cancelling as soon as I can actually get onto someone. Absolute joke.

Long term customer - call centre closed - worried have a lost all my credit with them? are they going belly up?

Once the online Bot transferred my enquiry through to to an agent (Jess) she was very quick to assess and provide a great solution
