Failed to collect bins 3 times in a row!
Failed to collect my bins 3 times in a row.
Every time I called the office I was told that a report would be issued to an Operations Manager who would fix the problem and that they were waiting for the report. Every day being told that I'd hear back from them later that day and nothing happening.
I've paid up for the year in advance. They've had an entire month to do something. I can forgive this happening once but 3 times in a row is a joke.
Useless callcentre, idiot drivers, absentee management.
Avoid like the plague.

Yesterday I called many times to Dundalk office and the lady told me Oxigen would be collect the skip yesterday but nobody came. I paid for the skip to be collect on 16 of May, today is 21 of May and my parking are with that skip. I need someone from Oxigen take the actions today and not tomorrow.I need move the new furniture inside my house and I cannot because Oxigen refuse to do the job what i paid for.
