Very disappointed
I read the review before ordering. Most people said this company is quick delivery, well presented packing etc. I was so looking forward to my order but very disappointed when I received. The plastic bag of my product is cross cut opened and missing the little crystal dehumidifier pack (I bought this bag before in different colour, I know there is always one or even two sometimes). The bag itself to be honest doesn't look like brand new and unused, maybe return by another customer? The label in the main compartment has several fold mark and the outer mini compartment also has some white mark. I know fjallraven kanken bag attracts dust and stain but shouldn't happen on a brand new bag. But I got it in discount price, maybe that's why.

Don’t buy anything full price from this business…there’s no point they continuously discount everything….I bought from them and a couple of days later the first of a constant stream of discount emails started….. not happy.
