Details of the Consignment number 31484530118021 deleted from the site.The sender Adexa sent the broken goods. Now the parcelhub don't want to tell me any details of the consignment as they say it void their data protection. I could say they just saving the skin of Adexa direct who sent me broken item.

ParcelHub are incredible
ParcelHub are incredible. We switched from Royal Mail to ParcelHub after an insane amount of issues and I wish I had done it sooner!
We have had no problem at all since changing and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Our account manager, Leigh, is absolutely brilliant along with the rest of the team who always reply to emails quickly, call me promptly if needed and honestly are super friendly. They are an absolute pleasure when it comes to customer service as well as having an impeccable delivery service.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Our account manager (Business Development Manager) named Tom Spence resolved all currier issues promptly and takes the time to call us to review our requirement or need etc, always available to help out. The shipping rates they provided us are are reasonable.
Adam, I.T tech has resolve all the I.T issues so we've encountered promptly & swiftly.
Wali's Paradise are very pleased and hope to continue to us Parcelhub's service. We are genuinely happy with this service, in terms of the integration software which this company provides as their main service.

A very effective delivery service
Our customer manage has been great setting up our account, we have had a great experience answer all our questions, and being very much shop-floor orientated and not office-orientated I had many! The service has been excellent, I don't think there have been any problems with the parcels we've shipped which have been proactively tracked, unlike the service we've lately rieved from another courier who destroyed a parcel and didn't tell us or the customer

Parcelhub is a carrier management company that collects parcels from the retailer and then passes these deliveries on to the final mile delivery company (e.g. Yodel, Evri, DHL).
Please consider removing this review as it's wrecked our reputation for something we don't even do.

Been with parcelhub since February. Really happy with the service I’ve received and a great way for small business to get great rates with couriers. Leigh has been great and any issues I’ve had he’s been there to resolve them for me.

Over 1 1/2 month - still waiting for an important letter
waiting for an important letter. 2.3g...funny it was in my country within 2 days. but the letter has been "on hold" for over a month with the justification: "so that it is a matter of discreet delivery, we need 150 euros for a phytosanitary certificate, otherwise we have to give it to customs." after many letters the account managers became more and more unfriendly. Status Disclose - on hold. My letter is simply withheld even though it's nearby. but honestly now. 150 euros extra, so that the discretion is maintained? rip off pure. When I asked about a supervisor, I was told "Are you ready to pay now?" Haven't heard from my show since then. 07.01 arrival in my country. Today is February 16th.

Parcelhub doesn't deliver parcels or letters to consumers, we collect from retailers and then our carrier partners deliver to consumers such as yourself.
Are you sure you have mistaken us for a carrier, or a different company?

Review of Parcelhub
We are a mail order business that has been operating for over 10 years, offering servicing parts on a next day delivery basis.
For the last 12 months we have used Parcelhub as our primary courier, they deliver approximately 6000+ parcels for us every month, right across the UK and Northern Ireland.
The service and support we have received over the last 12 months has been second to none.
The tracking screen on the Parcelhub portal has every consignment, both current and historic, colour coded so as to highlight any delivery discrepancies/issues.
The Customer Service team are extremely pro-active, in most case pre-empting potential address issues/ local service restrictions, long before we have been notified.
We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Parcelhub to any potential business, large or small.
Keep up the the good work, its very much appreciated!
