How are you doing?
First of all, excuse my English. I bought a Barbour jacket at the SoHo store and weeks after wearing it, the fabric showed wear… Luckily, I was assisted by Sales Supervisor James Russell, who explained exactly what was happening and gave me excellent support. The jacket was repaired by the Barbour NY team; the repair was so perfect I thought it was a new jacket.
Thank you so much for having such an amazing team and especially to James Russell for being so kind and polite and making my day brighter.

Peeling leather made right
I saw my leather on my card holder was peeling, and my customer service agent Joshua was truly amazing! He got the information he needed and made it right as fast as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience, and it is safe to say that I will be a continuing Paul Smith customer for many more years to come! Disappointing quality- outstanding customer service
Purchased two sweatshirts which shrank in the wash which was really disappointing as that’s not the quality I expect for the money. Raised with customer service and the service from Jemma was outstanding. Quick to sort out , Professional, kept me updated, and replaced without any quibbling. So what was a 2 out of 5 for the quality of the items , was raised to 5 out of 5 for the outstanding customer service

I have always loved Paul Smith but the issues I had would have made me think twice about buying anything more. Not now! Whilst in London I visited two different Paul Smith stores to purchase clothes. I found the staff in both stores to be very professional and really helpful without being pushy. I also shop at the Paul Smith concession at Fenwicks in Newcastle and again the service is ‘best in class’. I would not hesitate in recommending this excellent brand.

I purchased a tie which developed a minor issue after its first use, and I reached out to their support team. Joshua handled my case exceptionally well – he was responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to resolving the matter in a fair and professional way.
The process was smooth and handled with genuine care, which left a very strong impression. It’s always reassuring to see a brand stand behind its products and treat customers with this level of attention.
