Cat tracker doesn't work, and company keeps taking subscription from your bank, even when you say you do not want the subscription.
I tried their cat tracker, which didn't work. So far so good. A year later I saw that the company had taken the subscription out of my bank. I contacted him whereupon he said the collar shad been upgraded, would I try again? I said OK. He sent 2. Once again it didn't work, I returned 1 collar (the other had come off the cat) and stated in an email, I~ no longer wanted any subscription and asked that he didn't bill me again next year (which would be 2023) Lo and behold, this time he took almost £120 out of my account. When I queried it he said I had signed up!!!! I resent my email to him of 2022. Nothing. I'm going through my bank to get the money back. This man appears to have flexible financial morals. Steer well clear

Fraud business
Do not buy from this company! Collar doesn't arrive, subscription is ongoing. No refunds and they ignore your emails. Terrible, awful service.
Pawtrack scam
I purchased a gps tracker from Pawtrack.
A week later, I still have not received the item.
A staff member, returned my email saying that the item had been shipped but there was a delay with Royal Mail (currently full service operating).
A few more days and I still have not received the item.
I then demanded a refund, to which they responded with an email saying that the item was still in the warehouse.
I have sent countless emails since then, to which I have had no reply.
I have contacted my bank to start the long process of making a claim.
DO NOT BUY FROM PAWTRACK!!

My original collar went faulty not long after my subscription renewed, on contacting Kiri & James to ask if this could be refunded, they responded by offering me a new collar FOC.
I was cheeky and requested if I could be sent one of the new white coloured collars which they did.
This new collar set up no problem the design is different not sure how long the catch will last, however the new battery that has been introduced lasts a lot longer, 3 days now and only down to 50% now that it shuts down when my cat comes home.
Would recommend these collars if you have a cat that wanders and you want to know where it goes.
The response time to emails could be quicker but as I am not the only customer sometimes need to be a little bit patient as they do respond.
Have suggested maybe a live forum that they could monitor and offer responses to problems, this may be a quicker option to Gee things fixed when things go wrong, plus we would all see if there is a common proble with the app or the collar.
Terrible Customer Service
I used this company some time ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately things seem to have changed. Not only did they take my money for a collar that they didn't send (and then refused to reply/acknowledge any emails resulting in a claim for a charge back via my credit card provider) they are now continuing to take subscription payments despite confirming cancellation last year. Again no response to emails. I would not recommend this company.

Pawtrack will continue to take subscriptions even after you ask them to stop. So, cancel your bank card with your bank immediately, and get a new pin number. That will stop the ongoing theft from your account, which will continue if you don't. You can get your money back through your bank if you fill in the form online.

To everyone else who has been scammed by this company - I've submitted a complaint to Trading Standards and I highly recommend you all do the same. It is a simple form, just search Trading Standards complaint and you'll go through Citizens Advice.
In der Schweiz nicht nutzbar
Leider funktioniert der Tracker in der Schweiz nicht, da seit Anfang 2023 das 2G Netz abgeschaltet wurde.
Der Anbieter hat vor dem Kauf behauptet, dass das Gerät überall ohne Probleme funktioniere. Seit ich das Gerät habe, funktioniert es nur, wenn es im Haus ist. Sobald die Katze raus geht, verschwindet das Signal nach einiger Zeit ganz und danach muss man warten, bis die Katze wieder nach Hause kommt.
Unfortunately, the tracker does not work in Switzerland, because since the beginning of 2023 the 2G network has been switched off.
The provider claimed before the purchase that the device works everywhere without problems. Since I have the device, it works only when it is in the house. As soon as the cat goes out, the signal disappears completely after some time and then you have to wait until the cat comes home again.

I returned the device over 2weeks ago, in the 14days in which you have to return according to the company if you are not satisfied.
Although already asked several times, the company still owes an answer and the money has not been returned.

Terrible in every way
As with every review on here. Gps doesn't work, WiFi signal doesn't connect, and no response from company about refund.
Currently settling as a dispute through my credit card, and even my card company has been sending me updates saying "we're still waiting for a response."
Could not get signal and no one would…
Could not get signal and no one would respond to my requests for a refund and cancelling subscription. Had to contact my bank and do a stop payment to keep them from taking more money. Still no responses months later.
Terrible customer service, do not buy
I ordered a collar in August 2022. It got lost in shipping. Pawtrack agreed to send another collar, however it did not arrive until November. I followed the videos to get the collar working, however I could not get it to sink with our wifi. I contacted customer service and they walked me through reprogramming the set up but it still did not sink to wifi. Because it would not sink with wifi, I was going through a battery every 10 hours. This does not work for our situation. I contacted customer service again and she sent me directions to send the collar back. I had the collar for less than 14 day trial period. I forwarded the tracking information to Pawtrack. It was received by mid November. I still do not have a reimbursement for the money I spent. I sent 2 emails to the CSR who was previously helping me and two to Help@Pawtrack. No response, nothing. Also, the collar strap broke on the last day I was trying it out. I am so disappointed in the customer service and in the collar. Now I am out the cost of the collar and two years of tracking. This company should be reported to the UK's business bureau!
January 2023: I finally did receive a email apologizing for the delay in getting a refund to me. It was still very frustrating not having any communication with the company with my return order.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Very quick to take money but simply do not answer any questions. Eventually received a reply on how to return the seemly faulty product, after nearly a month of emails still not received a reply despite emailing daily and no sign of refund. Don’t touch this company. Really appalling customer service.

Spent a lot of money on 2 collars and 2 subscriptions. The items arrived 9 days after purchase and don’t work at all . I’ve tried to contact the company on numerous occasions but get no response. There is no information on how to return the items in their page , they simply say contact us and we will advise you…but obviously they don’t as they never respond . Now I’m left £92 down and the cost of 2 monthly subscriptions with no way of getting my money back .

Terrible business. They eventually replied to my email about a refund. They sent me a returns slip to print out which I did. I sent the collar by recorded. It was signed for and now nothing. After 7 emails from me, they decided to ask me if I have a tracking reference (they should already have this). I sent it them and again, nothing. I have sent 10 further emails which have all been ignored. They now have the collar and my money. I'm getting in touch with trading standards and consumer rights people on Monday. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with things like this 🤬🤬🤬🤬

DO NOT BUY! THEY ARE ESSENTIALLY STEALING MONEY! I bought the collar and it wasn't connecting to the app, I have tried numerous times to contact the company but they have ignored every email until I mentioned legal advice and wanting a refund. They then responded telling me that the collar wasn't in the 14 day return period and nothing about trying to fix the problem I have been asking about for a few weeks. The collar would have been within the 14 day period if they had responded to my initial email and I wouldn't have asked for a refund. In a nutshell they won't refund me and they won't help to fix the problem. They have done this to a lot of people by the looks of it so don't throw away your money to a company who sell faulty products and don't give refunds or resolutions. They are good at ignoring emails. That's the one thing they excel in!
Uncontactable, Bad Service, Ignorant Email Replies
Would not bother with this company currently trying to return mine but they have no contact number and rarely respond to emails, when they do they answer half a query at best and blame power cuts for being rude and dismissive.
Purchased it 17th November, had so many issues getting in touch about issues with delivery tracking and the monthly subscription appearing to run from before the collar arrives.
Finally received it 5 days ago, it feels pretty cheap not sure about durability and doesn't fit my 4(ish)kg cat and still trying to get them to send me the return slip they say you must have to return it.
Absolutely terrible experience so far lol have screenshots if needed for review.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Ordered two collars and paid for two years subscription on both collars. One collar worked fine. Second collar wouldn’t pick up Wi-Fi at home, gave no notifications and didn’t track accurately. After a few emails with sporadic replies I returned one collar, expecting a refund. Immediately second collar stopped working and despite four emails I have had no reply. Now left with one collar that doesn’t work at all and I am several hundred pounds out of pocket. Customer service is shambolic.
