Gone quiet after requesting a refund...
We had a Pawtrack collar for our first cat and, after some emails to and fro to try to get the collar to work, it did work for around a year before our cat sadly died.
On rescuing two other cats we decided to purchase two more collars at £120 per year subscription. After the first year, finding out we weren't getting what we wanted from the now newly designed collars, we decided to cancel the subscription. Sadly, the payment was taken on the day of renewal and cancellation and, even though Pawtrack acknowledged the cancellation, they are now not responding to any method of contact from me to try to get a refund.
All in all, they have taken £120 for a service they acknowledge is cancelled.
Appears to be Fraud
Collar failed to arrive last year until I chased up. Once received collar would not register with the app, again had to chase up. "Jeremy" had forgotten to activate.
2 weeks messing around and the collar failed to work. Asked for a refund/return reference and advised them to cancel the subscription. As below, a year later they take another years subscription without any notification. Reported to Bank as Fraud as no response to emails. You cannot reset your password on the account as reset emails never received. No contact telephone numbers on website.

The current model is rubbish
The previous model was really good, but unfortunately the current model is rubbish. The case must be opened every time it is charged. The plastic fasteners loosen, case opens, collar comes off, battery falls out and the collar is missing after that.
I used the previous model for a few years, but the new model disappeared in a couple of weeks. Once I found the collar in parts, but another time I didn't. The previous model also located reliably, but the new model provided location information only a few times in two weeks in the same area.
The other collar did not locate at all. I did not get a new one and the collar was not repaired. They would have potential but they don't care about it.

I have to give one star as there isn't an option to give zero, which is what this product and the company deserve.
The product is useless DO NOT BUY. It doesnt track the collar at all. I ordered 2 collars for our cats and to test them took the collars with me for the day. The software didnt track the movements and showed both cats at home when in fact the collars were 60 miles away. They simply don't work and the only thing worse than the collars is the customer serice. It took weeks for the matter to be resolved which ended in me returning both collars (after many replacements which also didnt work) and received a full refund.
This was a year ago and they have now taken the subscription again despite it being cancelled. I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored and am now waiting to take legal action against the company so that I can get my money back AGAIN!
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this product.

It's awful
I previously rated this 5 stars. However, it's now broken and I have tried contacting them numerous times over the last two weeks, without receiving a response. It was bad enough they took the annual payment from me again last year without notice, but now this? I'm so angry. Such poor service.
Pawtrack collar - doesn't work and they won't refund - and they keep debiting annually!!
I live in suburban Australia and ordered a pawtrack pet collar 12 months ago. It frankly didn't work - showed my cat in places he just wasn't and didn't ever show him where he actually was, unless it was on the wifi. So, I TRIED to return it. Tried being the operative word - the company is nothing but unethical - they kept ghosting me, and eventually I got them to agree that they'd refund if I returned it (at my own cost). So I posted it back internationally and they just never confirmed receipt. So, I decided I'd been silly cut my losses. Big mistake. 12 months later, they've slugged me a subscription fee! I so clearly articulated I wanted to not only cancel the service but expected a refund - however, they haven't done either. Wish me luck - I think I'm just as likely to have to change credit card numbers to avoid this happening every year. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Crooks, I cancelled in 2021 but they still debited me last year but did refund.This year they took another £59.99 and don't answer emails or the phone. Have asked my bank to intervene

Absolutely horrible customer service
Non existent customer service. They only provide you with an email, and never respond. They continue to ignore my emails. I sent the product back and courier confirmed parcel has arrived, end of January. Still no response and not answering emails.

Absolutely awful product and company. I cancelled as soon as I got the collars and today they billed me again. I’m in the Uk and have been billed for the USA and Australia! I keep emailing them but they just ignore me

Pawtracker is total scam. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging me. The device does not work. And no one answers the help desk. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will waste $$$$, time and frustration.
Collar non-functional, no refund, extra annual charge
The collar did not work for me here in NZ. I am a web dev so am not easily confused by basic technology. I tried for months to get it working but the end result was the collar would report an incorrect position the vast majority of the time. The rest of the time it flat out didn't report any changes to its position.

I wasn't able to obtain a refund for the product because of the shipping costs back to the UK and the fact it contained a battery. Not happy, but the ordeal was over.
Except not. A full year later I have been charged $120 NZD for an annual subscription. Frantic emails to them have gone unanswered. I run a number of businesses and would never ignore issues like this.
So stay away from Pawtrack. Their technology is flawed and the customer experience is horrendous.
Now I have to go through a bank dispute process to recover this money. Pawtrack - this is not acceptable.

I ordered a device a month ago, the "tracking number" is fake and I haven't received the device. They do not respond to any emails questioning them or any of my email requests canceling my order, subscription and requesting a refund.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY, take note of all other bad reviews for your own mental health and the safety of your pet. If it were possible to give minus 5 I would. I purchased a 3 year contract September 2022, no successful outcome and nearly a March 2023. So they have £167 of my money and I got nothing but stress in return.
It failed to connect to wifi, didnt track effectively. And even worse one day it said my cat was roaming a wood 7 mlies away. Thankfully as I set off in my car, thinking my cat had got into someone else's car, my cat appeared from the opposite field! It also creates a fake history. It seems the same trouble shooting tactics are used on everyone to make you think they want to resolve it. But actually I think they know you will become exhausted with it. They are scamming people who have often suffered the loss of a pet in a tragic way and hence taking advantage of that vulnerability when they want to protect their existing pet.
A replacement collar was promised after 3 months, that never appeared. And since then like everyone else I am being ghosted! The only way you can communicate is by email. There is no telephone number and if you invite a phone call they will not accept. They were quick to complain that I named people, but ironically no offer to return.my money. So I would throw that request back?
Scam company, false advertising
I bought 2 collars, the website had all these promises, such as battery length, signal quality, wifi connections, alerts etc. Not one of them in my experince is true. The most alarming thing for me is they offer a money back guarantee, but when you tey to return the faulty/false advertisement product they cut all communication. I have emailed 7 times with not a single reply, you have to contact your bank. Now i have to wait 120 days for my £200 refund through my bank as the company is a con and should be avioded at all costs
