Having reported them for taking payment from my account last year and being emailed to say it was cancelled I have been billed again this year!! This company is an absolute scam !!

Returned this product in 2020 when I realised the GPS coverage wouldn’t be reliable enough for where I live. I have been charged every year since for a subscription I do not have despite being told it was cancelled every time I contacted them for a refund. This year I have tried every form of communication I can and cannot get through to them. I am sick of having to deal with this every year and being lied to each time. I am now having to try and dispute the payment with my bank.

Terrible service - the unit stopped working within 48 hours and prior to that the tracking was completely inaccurate. They billed me for the subscription and it was very difficult to obtain a refund. This company cannot be trusted. Do not buy one of these units!

So many of us are having the same experience. Can someone please advise what can be done to stop this appalling behavior from PAWTRACK? This is an honest question. Thank you

Just another sucker in the same position!! They are taking money from my bank acc without permission! This is theft. Cancelled my subs in May 2021 and they took money in June 2022 & June 2023. I have asked them to refund these amounts - no response. Now going to follow suit and cancel my card. To others: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY see other Trustpilot reviews.

We can only hope that other customers read these reviews before giving any money to this company. As is clear from the reviews this company is a SCAM. There is no communication and they will continue to take money for non-existent services until like me to resort to cancelling your card.

APPALLING. NO STAR. I GAVE ONE STAR AS IT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO DESCRIBE MY EXPERIENCE. GADGET NEVER WORKED. BUT APPALLINGLY A YEAR LATER THEY CHARGE ME FOR A RENEWAL OF 59.99 FOR A CONTRACT I CANCELED, NEVER AGREED TO AND NEVER FUNCTIONED. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST AS YOU RISK BEING CHARGED UNAUTHORISED DEBITS. Their GPS showed my cat in Essex when I live in West London.

As with everyone else, I purchased the Pawtrack, but soon enough the signal disconnected never to return.

All email contacts have been ignored and it simply looks as though the company isn't actually operational anymore. They're certainly not providing the service that everyone is paying for.

AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They send a tracker that doesn't work and then you can't cancel your subscription! They won't even reply on your mails. If you have a subscription block your card ASAP! Otherwise they will bill you every year and you can not cancel it!

Awful. The trackers never worked, Paw track told us to send them back but then company completely gave us the run around and then stopped communicating. We are still being charged the monthly fee!!

Initially we gave up with the setup as the simultaneous setup of 2 collars caused them to clash rendering both unresponsive. However, last week when one cat ended up in a police station we decided to persevere with a single setup. Although initially OK, less than 24 hours later our cat managed to free himself of the collar; despite being a large it felt small. The final insult is that the GPS doesn't update so we can't even locate it.

Please do not buy this product, it's a scam. The product doesn't work and they don't reply to your emails. They will charge your credit card annually! I will be reporting this website as a fraudulent scam.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This company should be forced to refund everyone they have sent their s*** product to. It doesn't work. Customer service is non-existent and they steal from your credit card annually despite emailing them to cancel and speaking to banks to try and stop the. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not buy. Completely fraudulent. Will try to charge you even after you returned their worthless product that does not work. Customer service is also worthless. Never respond. Spread the word that this company is nothing more than a money laundering ripoff.

This company is complete fraud! Once subscribed they just wont cancel subscriptions and tries to bill every year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wrote a review last year about my garbage experience with this company.

Just adding another one to state I got a $120 bill today because they did not cancel my subscription after repeated requests and me eventually having to dispute the previous transactions through my bank—which I'm going to have to do AGAIN in addition to cancelling my card it seems!

I had high hopes for the Pawtrack cat GPS system, but unfortunately, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The customer service was nothing short of a disaster. It took them a full month to even ship out the tracker, despite multiple emails from me asking for updates on the order status. When the tracker finally arrived, it was in the wrong color, which was a minor issue compared to the major flaws with the product itself.

First of all, the tracker was an absolute piece of junk. It was impossible to charge it without prying it apart with a tool, and even then, the battery wouldn't stay in correctly. What's the point of a GPS tracker if it can't hold a charge? Even when it was fully charged, the battery only lasted one day, if that. I can't tell you how many times I tried to locate my cat, only to find that the tracker was dead.

But that wasn't even the worst part. The GPS rarely connected, and when it did, it was completely wrong on the map. I can't even begin to describe how frustrating it was to spend hours searching for my cat, only to find out that the tracker was giving me false information.

To make matters worse, I've tried to request a refund three times now, and each time, I've been met with silence. Pawtrack's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, and I hope that others can avoid the same headache and disappointment that I've gone through

Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with the lack of consideration and care from Pawtrack. I have requested to cancel my subscription several times over the first 15 days and no response at all. In addition I had to pay €12 for receiving the device because of customs. They helped but the time invested and the extra fee to receive the device were quite disappointing too. I am awaiting an answer from them asap.

Used the collar for about a week as it was completely useless, wrong location on tracking and constantly ran out of battery. Chucked the collar in the bin and forgot about it until a year later I’ve just been charged for another year subscription! Tried to call, sent countless emails and no contact at all from Pawtrack, contacted my bank to make sure no more payments can be taken. Avoid at all costs.
