This is worst company ever. Package made it from China to Netherlands in 4 days just to be stolen by the pdn express. Delivery person made a photo of package and my postbox with information “recipient not found”. That’s it, never heard back from them, no way to contact them, they don’t have physical location, no mobile, they don’t respond to any emails. No second attempt to deliver, no contact(package picture clearly showed that my contact number was there but it was way too much for delivery god).
I hope this company burns to the ground.

This is my first time with PDN express and hopefully my very last. The package is delivered, proof photos of the mailbox are sent in an email, and then no package arrives. An email to customer service with the tracking number goes unanswered and remains unanswered! PDN express is a pure scam. They make money from delivery and then again by reselling batches 'delivered without further ado' to parcel traders. You can buy your goods back by the kilo. They have no right to exist, are very bad, and unreliable. All reviews confirm this.

Wederom geen bezorging, al was ik thuis!
Aangeraden om contact op te nemen. Maar wordt niet gereageerd op emails.
Telefoon gaat direct naar voicemail en voicemailbox zit altijd vol!

Slechtste bezorgdienst ooit!!!

Never got a mail. Got a picture of a delivered package in the Front of my house. It was left in the rain in the dark at 10 pm. Package was already gone when I got there. No more ali Express for me.

Ik schrok eerlijk gezegd van de reacties voordat de bezorger was langsgeweest, echter bij mij is het allemaal gelukkig goed gegaan, nette vriendelijke bezorger, alles is vlot gegaan.

Pakket met een waarde van 53 euro is voor de deur neer gelegd omdat ik niet thuis was. Ze maken foto's van de deur, incl huisnummer, als bewijs van levering. Bij thuiskomst lag er geen pakket meer. Ben nu al meer dan 4 weken bezig mijn geld terug te krijgen. AliExpress zegt dat het geleverd is. Beetje vreemd ook dat de bezorger die van mij geen toestemming had het appartemente complex te betreden fotos maakt van de voordeur.

Al 2 keer ervaren dat PDN meldt dat pakketje is bezorgd bij onze dochter, maar dan in de centrale hal op een bankje nota bene met foto!!!! Snel er heen gereden, maar niks, nada, noppes!!!! Ze kunnen beter even met lift naar haar verdieping en daar voor de deur of in brievenbus. WAT EEN WAARDELOOS PLEURIS BEDRIJF!!!

Ik wacht al dagen op de koerier. Ik heb de verkoper webshops gevraagd de samenwerking met deze bedrijf op te zeggen. PDN is een heel slecht koeriersbedrijf die niet leverd waarvan de koerier een week nodig heeft om in nl te leveren. Ik heb tot op heden niks ontvangen.

Ik kreeg een bericht dat mijn pakket geleverd was, foto van mijn brievenbus was genomen maar pakketje was gezet in de centrale haal waardoor deze gestolen werd. Ze deden niet eens de moeite om voor me deur te zetten aangezien er tegenwoordig veel geld aan vervoerkosten betaald word. Deze mensen verdienen niet eens 1 ster. Nog een ding ze zijn ook niet te bereiken.

Mijn pakketje werd bezorgd maar ik was niet thuis en nu is het buiten mijn appartement op straat achtergelaten zonder neerzettoestemming.
Pakket is meegenomen door iemand anders!

De bezorger legt het pakketje voor de deur zonder aan te bellen en vermeldt dat het persoonlijk is afgegeven

I was very skeptical about this courier after all the reviews on this website, luckily the parcel arrived quickly, the courier left it at the door of the apartment, even though the main staircase was closed

Dont even deserve a 1* but sadly i cant go lower
What a bad company.
No pickup point no email they will deliver your package.. Also they say they delivered a neighbours package at my door while they didn't.. So they even set up neighbours against each other..

And if u try to call the mobile phone number to contact them u get voicemail and u cant leave a message cuz the inbox is full..

If u send them a mail they really dont understand what u mean even.. imagine opening a company and your customer service dont understand the language thwy operate in…

This company shouldn't even exist

Cant believe a company like this can still operate + cant believe aliexpress is working with them

This courier does not reliably deliver packages directly to the customer. Instead, they leave parcels in open, public areas where they are not protected or secure, and simply send an email stating that the package has been delivered.
In my case, I do not check my emails every minute of the day—and there are times when I may not see an email for a day or more. On one occasion, a package was left unattended and was subsequently stolen.
A courier’s responsibility is to safely deliver the ordered product to the customer, not simply leave it somewhere accessible to the public and consider the job done. Unfortunately, this service fails to meet that basic expectation.

No delivery. The photo your courier sent during the first delivery attempt shows not my house, but another area of the city. Second attempt finished with just "incorrect address" lie. You haven’t called me even once. Your contact phone number doesn’t work. I regularly receive packages and I have never had any problem with delivery before. My windows face the central square in Hoorn, so it is not a problem to find it. Teach your couriers to use Google Maps.

This is the first time Ali used PDN for me. I was home right away and I got a notification that they couldn't reach me. In the photo, you can see the delivery driver taking a picture of our apartment entrance from his van. So he didn't want to make the effort to bring the package inside. The next day, another notification saying they would make a new attempt today, but no one showed up. They are unreachable by phone and emails are not being responded to either. Ali Express made a really bad choice to partner with PDN Express.

They marked me as "recipient moved unable to deliver", while they did take a "proof pic" infront of the front door of my building. Im not sure if the delivery driver actually rang the doorbell or not because I wasnt home. But he could have given my package to neighbours instead. Now I dont have anything and they also dont give you any option to change the delivery date/time. People work so it would be nice to know beforehand when the package will get delivered.
My order was through Bloomchic and I asked for a refund. If something like this happens to you as well contact the webshop, they are responsible for the delivery. I didnt even see an option to contact PDN. 🤨

Wat een slecht bedrijf! Ik weet dat PostNL heel slecht is, maar PDN spant de kroon! Ik zat in de kamer, keek toevallig naar buiten en zag iemand een foto maken. Ik ging naar buiten en zag een pakje bij de deur liggen! Post NL belt tenminste nog aan en vlucht dan weg, maar de bezorger van PDN weet schijnbaar niet wat een deurbel is en waarvoor die dient. Of hij is mensenschuw! Omdat het pakje onbeheerd voor de deur ligt kan iedereen het pakje mee nemen! Een schandalige wijze van bezorging! Ga eens in de leer bij b.v. GLS of DPD!
Jammer dat je geen negatieve kunt geven!!

Ik was een beetje geschrokken toen ik erachter kwam dat mijn bestelling van Aliexpress met PDN express bezorgd zou worden. Ik lees op trustpilot veel negatieve ervaringen. Mijn ervaring is echter positief. De track & trace werd goed bijgehouden en de bezorger heeft aangebeld, ik woon in een flat in het Gooi op de tweede verdieping, en het pakketje persoonlijk aan mij overhandigd.

Ik ben met vakantie. Ik krijg een mail dat mijn pakketjes voor de deur liggen….. dag pakketjes….
