Thank you for your review Terry, and I am very sorry to hear our service did not live up to your expectations.
I have checked with the pharmacy team involved and it appears that the email receipt may have ended up in your spam folder, hence why you couldn't see it initially. I'm sorry about that, and we are reviewing our email processes to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
I have also checked with the pharmacy in question regarding the issue around vaccine stock. The clinic you visited was a new starter on the PharmaVaccs platform and had to renew their stock with an extended expiry date to ensure that patients are adequately vaccinated, unfortunately this resulted in a delay. I wanted to re-assure you that this is not the level of service we expect and pharmacies should only book patients once they have the correct stock in place. We've discussed this with the pharmacy, and will be updating our processes & guidelines for all other new pharmacies to ensure the highest possible levels of service are maintained.

Excellent experience
Visited Everest pharmacy in whalley range for my daughter's first dose of chicken pox vaccine. The staff was really friendly and helpful, thorough information was provided by the pharmacist about the vaccine and the process involved. The whole process was quick and efficient. The travel pharmacist handled my daughter very well.
Overall, I was really happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend.
