No sign of the product.
This was supposed to be a personalised birthday gift for my child. They missed the delivery date and when it was finally delivered, it went to the wrong address. A product with my child’s photograph delivered to a complete stranger. I asked for a refund, they said they’d send me another one free of charge instead. 2 weeks have gone by and no sign of the product. You’d think that they’d rush to fix the mess they made, but no sense of urgency of decency. Incredibly unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.
Addendum on 08/06: the replacement that you claimed you have sent free of charge has never been delivered.

We’re really sorry to read this and completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially as it involved a gift for your child.
As explained in our previous emails, your order was processed and shipped on time to the exact shipping address provided. Unfortunately, we have no control over how Royal Mail completes the final delivery. We completely agree that your parcel being marked as delivered but going to the wrong address is unacceptable, and we raised this with Royal Mail as soon as you made us aware.
Since then, we have processed a full refund for your order and also sent out a brand new replacement free of charge. We do understand your concern around where the original parcel may have ended up, and if it was delivered to a neighbour incorrectly, we genuinely sympathise with how worrying that might've been.
However, as the order was correctly processed and labelled on our side, this was unfortunately outside of our control and we cannot take responsibility for your local postman's mistake.
We’re very sorry again for the experience and the frustration caused, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Lovely air freshners
Ordered my item 4th April, took a while to arrive. Not the sellers fault, thy apologised and looked into my order. Probably royal mails fault. I'd give at least 2 + weeks in advance if ordering as a present. Items are lovely, my daughter loved them.

Love the idea of having a pic of your favourite being with your favourite scent in your own space. Bought several for friends & family. My car smells lush and I can see my baby as I’m driving. What’s not to love

Great gifts for Christmas family loved them and quality of photos was good. Scent didn’t last forever but was definitely worth the order - would recommend as a sweet gift.

The print was good but had absolutely no smell what so ever. I contacted them and told them this. Was told I would get some replacements and never received them either. So over all for the price was very disappointed with the product and with the service I received
