Amazing - the air freshener looks exactly like the picture provided. The production and delivery cycles were clearly explained and easily tracked. Delivery was on time, and the air freshener smelled great!

Car air fresheners
I had some airfresheners made as a gift... they were really well received. The photo image was really clear and they smelt divine amd the scent is still going strong 3 months later. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be buying more.

Don’t bother ordering
I placed my order before the guaranteed Christmas delivery cut off date. Received an email on the 23rd of December, apologising and stating I would be refunded. Yet to receive either the product or the refund. Don’t bother ordering from this company. And today in March I got an email asking for my feedback. Ridiculous.

Brilliant quality air fresheners. Ordered 4 then another one for a friends dog. Colour and quality is great and smells amazing. Best feeling ever seeing the cats little face swinging rear mirror while driving 🥰

Christmas order, amazing service
I ordered this as a Christmas gift and unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time due to Royal Mail delays. It eventually turned up a few days after Christmas with an apology from Royal Mail. Even though it wasn’t their fault, Photo Fresh refunded me in full and offered to send out extra air fresheners as an apology. The product itself is lovely and the customer service was genuinely brilliant.

Our team responds to emails as they are received, and our records show that all of your messages were replied to within our usual 24-hour response window, so we’re a little confused by the suggestion that we didn’t respond.
Regardless, we must apologise that your order did unfortunately arrive slightly later than expected. We didn’t quite hit the mark with this one, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
As discussed via email, we went ahead and issued a full refund for your order. We have since reached out several times to try and make things right but haven't heard back. Again, we’re very sorry again that the experience didn’t meet expectations.
