I ordered my air freshener 6 weeks ago, and it has not arrived. After a month and two emails chasing I got a response saying they were having issues with their courier and they have re despatched. I have emailed another two times since asking for a refund and still no communication. I feel this may well be a scam!
UPDATE: after my review they recontacted me again apologising and saying they would give me a full refund and resend the items free of charge. I was skeptical but I did receive my refund. The items have finally been delivered, they were later than they said but only be 2 days. I am really happy with them they are cute. However I had to do a lot of chasing to get to this outcome. I first ordered in mid September and received them today 03/11/25

Would highly recommend
Placing the order for the car air fresheners was so simple to do. The process from start to delivery was nice and quick. We chose the Strawberry scent and it smells amazing. The actual air fresheners are so cute.

I cannot recommend Photofresh highly enough! We ordered personalised air fresheners featuring our dog, Cooper, and the result completely exceeded all expectations.
The quality of the product is truly outstanding. The image printing is so clear and vibrant—it looks exactly like our photo—and the shape cut-out is perfect. This isn't just a novelty item; it's a beautifully made accessory.
We chose the Coconut scent, and it's absolutely gorgeous! It’s fresh, long-lasting, and makes stepping into the car such a pleasant experience. It definitely works wonders at keeping that "dog-in-car" smell away!

Over a MONTH and still waiting for items.
Ordered 10th September over a month later and still no delivery. I have had a reply to my email saying they have postage issues but no replacement nor offer to refund. Just they are looking into it.
Update: there was no issue with the address this was confirmed. Other people also having the same problem. No replacement has arrived. I have a refund but only because I did a charge back on my card. Stephen did msg to say he will offer a refund and replacement if I will change my review. 😳 and then continued to email numerous times checking i would do so. Shocking treatment of customers to be honest.

We’re really sorry again that your order didn’t arrive on time. As discussed, there appeared to be an error with the shipping information provided, which likely caused the order to be returned to us. Once this was confirmed, we sent out a replacement order free of charge to your amended address.
In addition to this, we also processed a full refund in good faith to try and make things right for you.
We’ve since reached out several times to check that your replacement arrived safely and to kindly ask if you might consider updating your review to reflect the resolution — but haven’t had a response.

Fab fun item 🤩
Have used Photofresh a couple of times - the air fresheners are fantastic and given the family much joy!. There were some admin issues when I first ordered but having spoken to the owner (I think) on Instagram these are now being addressed (production time/delivery speed) , I just now know to order in plenty of time. Highly recommend 🤩

Smells amazing
Absolutely love my personalised air freshners, the ordering process was really simple you just upload the photos you want. They do good prices on bundles and they smell incredible my car smells and feels so fresh!

What a fantastic company! Ordered a bundle of their personalised car air fresheners and all were able to be different despite coming as a bundle pack.
They hilariously turned my three dogs into three air fresheners. The photo quality is great and they are cleanly cut. It’s shame I can’t work out how to upload a photo to this review.
Order and delivery process were quick and efficient.
I am 100% ordering again for some Christmas presents!!

Product took over a month to arrive and…
Product took over a month to arrive and was not as advertised. It is a sticker applied to cardboard. It was poorly cut, ripped and wrinkled. There was no scent. This was bought as a gift and not giftable. Emailed twice and no response.
They claimed to refund me and send a replacement but this have never happened.
