Booking was seamless and very quick responses at all times. Driver was excellent and waiting when I arrived and for return journey also. Couldn’t have gone better.

The costumer service was great and outgoing from the beginning, always replied quickly any questions I had.
The driver was punctual (we had an early AM flight) and helped us with all of our luggage and our two cats :).

The driver wait for us alot of time because the passport control was extremely slow, probably not ideal for him. But still he was very kind and was smiling all the way. No additional lies, the cost is final and no bulshit fees. Highly recommend

Pickup Hungary are very professional. We booked transfers with them for a week for a Group of 31 from South Africa, while in Budapest for the 2026 Hungaroring F1 Grand Prix. Transfers were seamless and always on time, the team were incredibly flexible and accommodating at all times. I would highly recommend Pickup Hungary.

Had a wonderful experience using Pickup Hungary for the Grand Prix weekend. Great daily communications via whatsapp, driver was always at the hotel ahead of time and was exactly where we left him with a nice chilled bottle of water waiting for us - that was much appreciated. Great experience. They took care of our airport transfers and transfers for F1 weekend. They maintained constant communication and even managed to get a backup vehicle when the battery died in one of our vehicles. Would easily use them again

I booked roundtrip transfers from Budapest for 3 days of the F1 weekend. The ease of booking and communication before the Grand Prix was excellent. My driver was waiting for me ahead of our scheduled pickup time each morning and drove safely and professionally to and from Hungaroring. The car was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the daily updates via email and WhatsApp with driver contact info and car make, model, and license plate number. Pickup Hungary took the stress out of getting to and from the race and saved me HOURS each day over taking public transportation or a taxi. Highly recommended!

From start to finish this company are unreal. Replying to emails promptly even when late at night when at the quote stage to giving us every bit of information needed the night before trips with driver details, contact numbers and collection times.

They picked us up from the airport to hotel, hotel to circuit, circuit to hotel on 2 occasions and organised an amazing helicopter transfer in and out of the circuit. Then even though we didn’t want to leave!! The trip from hotel back to airport for return flights home. My whole travel plans for the entire weekend were made for me via amazing communication and nothing was to much bother. This made our trip so smooth and left us time to enjoy or holiday.

When we personally met members of staff at the helipad not only was nothing to much effort they were genuinely really nice people.

The private tour of Bratislava and Esztergom visegrad Szentendre was absolutely wonderful and at my own pace, the price was also very affordable

Excellent service from Kemal. He met me at Budapest Airport, took me to the railway station, and helped with my five very heavy suitcases all the way onto the train.

He kindly waited with me for almost an hour until my train arrived and did not leave me alone with the luggage, even in nearly 40-degree heat. His help made a very stressful journey much easier.

Highly recommended — especially if you are travelling with a lot of luggage.
