I ordered online and I was a bit skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised. Our driver waited for us when our flight was late. And the ride was as promised. I then booked a ride back from the hotel to the airport, and again the driver was on time and helpful. Also, the price was very competitive.

Our recent visit to the Corinthia Hotel in Budapest was nothing short of magical, and it's all thanks to the incredible team who made our experience so special. ​I must admit, I don't always rate hotel establishments highly. In my experience, you can always find some fault, no matter how minor. However, the Corinthia is a level above the rest. It's truly an exception, a place where everything, from the service to the atmosphere, is meticulously perfected.
​The warmth and professionalism of the reception staff set the tone from the get-go. Their friendly greeting and efficient check-in process made us feel instantly welcome. This same level of care extended to every corner of the hotel. Our room maid, for example, ensured our room was always immaculate, paying attention to even the smallest details. It's the little touches that truly make a difference, and we were so grateful for her dedicated work.
​The breakfast experience was another highlight. The staff in the breakfast area were a joy to be around, always attentive and ready to help, ensuring we started each day on a high note. Similarly, the spa staff were exceptional. Their expertise and welcoming nature created a serene and relaxing environment, making our time at the spa a perfect escape.
​It’s rare to find a hotel where every single person, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, and the food and beverage staff to the spa attendants, is so genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. The seamless teamwork and consistent excellence across the board is a testament to the Corinthia's high standards.
​Given this outstanding experience, a return visit is most definitely on the cards. We can't wait to come back and be treated to the unparalleled hospitality of the Corinthia Hotel.

The booking was simple needed to add more time that was no problem- communication was excellant- Driver was 5star so friendly and chatty recommending local hungarian food, he on time got us to the F1 in about 20 minutes. Collected us when we were ready and had us home again in 20 minutes avoided all the traffic ques. Highly recommended***when travelling for the F1 easy, no fuss, beautiful car to be transported in to the F1 felt like a vip. Thanks all at pickup hungary.

Very reliable transfer service. My driver was very friendly and punctual.

We booked a a large group and needing multiple trips to various places during our trip (including a city tour). They were fantastic, we had great communication from the office staff, pictures of the coach as it was due and who would be driving.
My daughter left her phone on the coach and they even dropped it with friends who were staying locally.

I made the reservation last minute (in under 24 hours) so I was asked by the booking website to contact them by email. They answered almost immediately even though it was late at night already and we set up every detail as we needed.

The most excellent customer service you can imagine. Fast query response over email. The whole team is very understanding and professional. The day before the trip they sent photographs of the car and drivers phone number. Driver arrived 10-15 minutes early to the Udvar border (Hungary side). He was very pleasant and professional as well. He reads the room well and will chat with you if you want to, but, if quiet is what you prefer.. it goes as natural as the other.

The whole trip to Budapest Airport was fast and efficient. I will definitely use their services again.

Don't be discouraged by the lack of reviews online. I'm the first one not to leave a comment in general.. However from my recent experience, they deserve it more than anyone for their reliability and a job well done!
