We had an excellent experience with Kemal as our driver for our trip from Budapest to Eger and back. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and made the whole journey smooth and comfortable.

Kemal went out of his way to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. He was kind, helpful, and made us feel very well looked after throughout the day. His driving was safe and confident, the car was clean and comfortable, and he made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.

We really appreciated the extra effort he put in to make the trip special. Kemal is a fantastic driver and a real credit to the company. We would happily recommend him and would definitely travel with him again.

Вся наша поездка была организована через Spa Thermal Travel, с января до самого окончания поездки с нами постоянно была на связи Ирина Емелина. От всей души благодарим её за профессиональную работу, внимание ко всем нашим пожеланиям и деталям, а также за огромное терпение — вопросов у нас действительно было много.
Трансферы, экскурсии по городу и экскурсии в города Эгер и Сентендре, посещение купален, обеды, вечерняя прогулка по Дунаю с музыкой и вкусным ужином — всё было организовано для нашей группы на высшем уровне.
На протяжении всей поездки Ирина ежедневно интересовалась, всё ли проходит хорошо и по плану, что было очень приятно и создавало ощущение заботы и поддержки.
Отдельное спасибо всей команде — гидам, водителям и всем сотрудникам. Все работали очень профессионально, с вниманием к клиентам и к каждой детали.

Everything was so well organised. Janka is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She's an incredibly good driver, but more than that, she speaks perfect English and goes out of her way to make people feel welcome, pointing out interesting places on the way. This is the first occasion on which an airport transfer has been a highlight of the trip.

We were picked up at 630am in Budapest. Driver was right on time and we got on our journy to Graz. Trip was easy and comfortable. Driver was awesome. Driver ensured we were comfortable and had a food stop at halfway. Great Service Highly recommend

We arrived last Monday (March 30) and planned a private tour around Budapest for April 1. I reached out to Pickup Hungary via WhatsApp, shared our suggested itinerary, and everything was arranged so easily and efficiently.

For a group of 11 people, we were quoted only €360 for a 4-hour private tour — super affordable for the quality of service they provided!

Our driver was very kind, professional, and accommodating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Overall, it was such a smooth and convenient experience exploring Budapest with them. Highly recommended for families or big groups traveling together!

Brilliant service from the second we came out of security and till we were dropped back to the airport!
The company are so organised, they had messaged me with all the driver/car details and where the meeting point was.
I had to make changes to my location on the way back under 24 hours and there were no issues. The whole process was very smooth and I highly recommend them!

We used Pickup Hungary twice during our recent visit to Budapest, from and to the airport. The service was prompt and efficient and the drivers were polite and helpful. We also interacted with the office using WhatsApp which was very professional and resolved our query. I would use them again on a visit to Budapest.

My family and friends had a truly memorable 3-day trip to Budapest, Lake Balaton, and Bratislava, all perfectly arranged by Pickup Hungary. The sprinter provided was clean, comfortable, and ideal for our group. Both our drivers over the three days were friendly, accommodating, and full of positive energy, which made the journey even more enjoyable.
