This Carbon X 2 reel is my first Piscifun product. I needed a little larger reel for fishing salmon & steelhead and so far I’m very happy with the performance. The quality of the reel is excellent with a solid drag. I’d recommend these reels to anybody looking to try a new product name

Even though the reel is made in China I like em. They're light, function very well, & seem to be well made so far. I've caught hybrid striped bass on my Carbon X1000, fishin for crappie, n landed both fish of about five to seven lbs.

It is the first time I have purchased a fishing reel Carbon X 4000 from Piscifun. On my first outing (surf fishing), the anti-reverse switch would eventually failed to lock.

I immediately wrote to Piscifun customer service to explain the situation. They were super quick in responding and quite helpful to offer a replacement or a refund. Throughout this entire experience, all the customer service folks were extremely professional and understanding. I got my refund on the same day.

I saw these reels a few years back and bought one to try. Fell in love , just ordered my 5th one. I use 40 lb PowerPro line on a 7 ft ugly stick 1 piece rod for catfish and striper fishing. Cast like a dream , Going to buy 2 more this spring. Anyone who has used bait caster reels instantly love them.
