Game-changer for e-commerce video content
I’ve been using Pixverse for the last couple of months to create product videos, TikTok Shop content, and Instagram Reels for our fashion & beauty brand.
The quality is genuinely impressive — cinematic motion, excellent character consistency, and the new V6 model with native audio and multi-shot is a huge step up. What surprised me most is how fast everything is. I can turn a product photo or simple text prompt into a polished, on-brand 15-second ad in under a minute.
The templates and effects are perfect for e-commerce (especially the UGC-style ads and product spin videos). We’ve been able to test way more creative variations than before and have cut our video production time and cost by over 70%.
The platform is also incredibly easy to use — no video editing experience needed. We’ve even started using the API to automate some of our content workflows.
If you’re an e-commerce or DTC brand that needs high-quality video at scale, Pixverse is hands-down one of the best tools available right now. Highly recommend.

I tested this product for less than 10…
I tested this product for less than 10 minutes and quickly realized it wasn't a fit for my professional needs. Despite reaching out immediately, PixVerse refused a refund because I used a few 'test credits' to actually see if the software worked. Their policy states refunds are only for 'unused' subscriptions, but how can you know if a tool works without trying it with full features? Very poor customer service and a total lack of transparency. If you aren't 100% sure, don't give them your money, because you won't see it again.

No response when asking how to report fetish content
The title says it all. I asked on Twitter and Discord and the only response I got is a sarcastic "guide" of two pictures that I should report/block. They also assumed I directly saw it on their app instead of another platform. I DMed the person saying that and I demanded an E-mail to take down the user behind the content and they just closed Discord with no response. Terrible experience. My friend is actively targeted with fetish material made of him using pixverse.

horrible, interpreta los promts como le da la gana por mucho que especifiques , he gastado 500 creditos en editar una foto a video y ha quedado espantoso , no la recominedo en absoluto, el video final solo dura 5 segundos , la voz se corta y sale otra imagen a destiempo , el personaje hace cosas que no le has pedido de repente... fatal, no la utilicen porqué van a tirar su dinero. tenia que mandarle una prueba a un cliente pero no le voy a mandar lo que ha producido este programa porque es vergonzoso. pagar por esto ...

Terrible subscription model and no…
Terrible subscription/cancellation model and no response for cancellation or refund. I was charged for a standard subscription that I did not approve. And even when I logged onto the account, it didn't say I had a subscription!!!

Not working at all for me now.
From working fine it will now not work at all. After uploading a photo to create, it keeps going back to my home page, with the wallpaper gone and leaving a black screen.

Powerful tool for having fun creating…
Powerful tool for having fun creating original and funny videos, but it has an enormous privacy and data security problem: they promise a private by default generation enviroment, but the content you generate is never really private, because it is reachable via URL without authentication.
That means that every crawler or bot could potentially stole personal data and access them.
Compliance and support mail don't answer my questions so far and seems like if they don't want to solve many problems about data security.
I invite you to put us in contact without make me wait months for a response.

I discovered these guys early from a YouTube video and they've been fantastic for me ever since then, I use their outputs in just about every video I create in some way. There have been issues at times (just like any other AI SAAS has had issues) but the team have always been helpful and friendly and those have been worked out swiftly and with kindness. Which is what you want to have with something like that. I highly recommend them because they keep getting better and better. (Full Disclosure: I am a mod on their Discord and always disclose that to prevent any accusations of bias on my part.)

It's not talked about enough...
I've known Pixverse since its inception and have seen its enormous growth over the years. The platform is well-maintained and has all the features you need (and they do their job well)! I've never understood why Pixverse gets so little attention, even though it's truly a great platform. It's on par with other more "renowned" platforms. The quality of the results, the excellent features available, the variety of stimulating and fun contests, and the full support provided by the team on Discord make the creative experience truly enjoyable. Personally, I think it's one of the best platforms!

Very Credit Friendly
PixVerse’s video and image models are quite impressive and I really like being able to make cheap test videos in 320P and being able to upscale after I have a video that I like. PixVerse’s team helps keep credit costs down and have a credit roll over so you don’t have wasted credits all the time. It is also handy that their moderation isn’t totally overboard.

Very bad. The updates and website interface have worsened, and there are also significant balance losses due to errors, for example, (go right but goes the wrong). There's also the lack of a negative wave feature, and there are restrictions on requirements that claim to be sensitive but aren't actually. In short, don't invest your money in this site and look for an alternative.
