I paid for a Pixverse subscription that clearly promised all exported videos would be watermark-free. Despite this, every single video I created came with a watermark. I contacted support by email, but my message was ignored. This is misleading and fraudulent practice. Customers pay for a service that is not delivered as advertised. Totally unacceptable

Unable to register, kept saying too many log in attempts. Looked at the reviews and seemed a good thing that I was uable to create an account after all

I should get extra credit after I signed up, that was the offer, but when I signed up I got nothing, I tried to contact them by email, instagram and even play store review, and no answer

I thought the Image to Video thing worked really well for the most part and the daily credits are a nice thing too!!!

Avoid! This site is a scam. No way to unsubscribe. Thus, your monthly payments are forever. You will have to replace your card with a new identifier code.

Went to sign up for a month by month to try it out. I belong to a different ai site, its very good and just wanted to broaden my horizons as they say. They charged me 288 dollars. I contacted PayPal, they cancelled the auto renew, but they could not stop the payment. I contacted my bank, and they will refund it. None of the emails listed on the site work, they all bounce back. So, avoid.

Stupid thing keeps adding stuff i didn't ask for, losing credits every time, never again subscribing to this crap

Got a subscription on Pixverse AI video explode, which comes with credits, but no credits received. Refund via appstore refused. Avoid at all costs

En primer lugar es carísimo y el nivel de interpretación de los prompt deja mucho que desear. En demasiadas ocasiones sale una pantalla en la que dice que el contenido que quieres crear no sigue las políticas de uso cuando son imágenes que no tiene sentido que sean censuradas y lo peor es que te descuenta igualmente los créditos. Yo utilizaba esta plataforma pero he mirado otras opciones.

Warning! Scam with Credits. You pay for daily credits but gets none.

I went to make a picture of my grand daughter it took my last 30 points and didn't let me do. It's a scam and I will not buy this. Buyer be ware this happened 2x. I'm glad I hadn't paid for it yet

I buy something for one month and They cut money two time from my accaunt and after few days they again cut money avoid !!! They are stilling money

way too many times does it do stupid stuff . ie: the simplest of prompts. Prompt: make the man slowly lower his head and look towards the camera. don't change anything else in the image.
Results: 1) his head explodes 2) a white bomb drops on his head out of nowhere. 3) sparks shoot out his ears. 4) give up and use another app
This happens way too many times and uses up the credits way to fast.
I will not renew with Pixverse when my current subscription ends.

Avoid at all cost. They don't provide a proper mechanism to stop the subscription.

take your money, the system keeps spiting out some error when you try to create, contact support for a refund and they so no ...... stay away its crap

Pixvers Ai is totally scam don't waste your time.

0 star, when I signup they give me 130 credits, I try to make a 5sec video and they said wait 10+minutes.

Now its 35th minute and still the message is same and also, I refreshed the page again and again but same issue.
