Good price and survey was booked and completed fairly quickly. Would use again

Really clear, timely report with photos and explanations. Has helped us decide on next steps. Martin also answered our call to run through some additional questions and we really appreciated his expertise.

Outstanding Project Management

I employed Martin Cheesman from PlanDwell to provide project management services for a construction development, to create four new dwellings.

His attention to detail in all aspects of project documentation and his control management of the project were outstanding, along with his knowledge of construction and problem solving where issues became apparent.

I would recommend Martin to anyone considering employing his services.

Exceptional work. Thank you

We were provided with an extremely thorough and informative survey. We received quick and detailed responses to all queries. We would not hesitate in recommending Pandwell to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Martin was superb. Very quick and prompt with replies. Did a great job at finding issues. Had a phone call to go over the report too. We got our property asking price reduced by £8k. Will use again in the future.

Great and efficient service. The service was priced reasonable. I would definitely recommend to others.

Martin was excellent. Would recommend him to anyone else.

Martin (plandwell) certainly lives up to his stated ethos:'high quality service for a reasonable cost'. All matters pertaining to planning for an extension to my house and garage have been dealt with in a professional and expedient manner; including a vigorous and precise rebuttal to the Planners' original negative response. Thanks, Martin!

We read up on local surveyors for our house move and found Martin was highly recommended. Within just a day of booking he had arranged the survey for a few days later, and we received a full and well detailed level 3 report within the week. His responses from initial enquiry to questions or discussion after the report have been very prompt and really informative. We were so impressed with his attention to detail and have already recommended him to friends and family. Thank you for your help and all your advice Martin.

Martin was very willing to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions, as well as being thorough in his examination of the property - at a very reasonable price

What efficient and excellent service. I have been so impressed. The survey of the house we are looking to buy was arranged within just a few days and the quality and detail - complete with photographic evidence - of the report was outstanding. The survey was undertaken on Monday afternoon and we had the report on Thursday afternoon.
Would highly recommend. Thank you Martin.

We had the pleasure of working with Martin on a recent survey of a house we are in the process of purchasing. My wife and I have been incredibly impressed with Martin's reliability, promptness, and how thorough his report was. We are incredibly grateful with Martin's proactiveness in reaching out to the estate agent as soon as he received their contact details to organise a time for the survey.

The report itself was incredibly detailed: many photos to supplement the written written; a wide range of suggestions with varying levels of urgency; recommendation for possible enhancement of the property (as opposed to only providing us with the issues); and a succinct conclusion which highlight the main areas of concern.

I wholeheartedly recommend Martin's work, and will definitely be using his services again.

I have used Martin now for a number of different reports - one for buying my own house and a couple of a rental property.

Each time I am struck by the level of detail Martin has added and am pleased that he always takes so many pictures so I can understand what he is concerned about.

I wholeheartedly recommend Martin and will continue to use him for all my future projects.

Martin did a great job, efficient and courteous but above all the report contained the content I was looking for

Very detailed survey. Fast turnaround time. No stone left unturned. Will use Martin’s services again.

Excellent thorough and responsive service at a very reasonable price

This is the second time I have asked Martin to undertake a survey and I can only echo the comments I made in my previous review dated 25 September. Once again, the report was both thorough and professional and proved to be an invaluable tool in understanding the issues with the property under consideration. Excellent value and highly recommended.
