We have used Martin now for two different types of survey and for both of them he was quick to respond, carried out a detailed report but presented it in a way I could understand. I felt his prices were fair for the service I received and no doubt using Martins services in the future.

Our Property Condition Report was thorough and clearly laid out and the Appendix with photographs helped me to understand all of the points made, especially where the language was more technical.

Martin was flexible in his timings, came out quickly when we were ready, managed the expectations of the seller by flagging points he was going to include to them in advance and provided his report promptly.

We had a helpful call to go through the report to understand the key points and Martin was happy for the report to be provided to the seller in the interest of transparency.

Couldn't have asked for more.

We recently had Plandwell carry out a survey of a property we’re about to purchase, and Martin Cheeseman was fabulous. In less than 48 hours, he arranged with the current owners for a visit and had a survey completed and sent over to us in a week. The survey itself was incredibly thorough with a clear list of all “need-to-dos” upon moving in and the price was extremely competitive.
