Plandwell Avaliações

Having had plans drawn up, by someone else, for a previous property which seemed to take forever, I was very impressed with Martin's professionalism and working to deadlines he set himself.

I received draft plans by the date Martin said I would, it was not difficult to change details and Martin checked that all was as I wanted before submitting to the planning department for me. Every step has been methodical and on time.

I couldn't recommend Martin's work more.

Martin recently conducted a survey for us .He formulated a detailed and excellent report with attention to areas of concern. Provided advice with good time frame and all of this composed with in a week of survey .Impressive work I would recommend to others.Good luck

I needed a quick survey done the next day for a property on auction. Martin carried out a level 3 survey the next day and provided me with the full report in time for making an offer. I urgently needed a survey done the very next day for a property that had just come up at auction. Martin was incredibly responsive and arranged a Level 3 survey without delay. The following day, he carried out the inspection and delivered a detailed, well-structured report promptly, giving me all the information I needed to make an informed offer in time. Professional, efficient, and reliable. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended.

Martin was excellent - he responded to my request for a survey really quickly, and the reports he sent back were super detailed and thorough. He was also very kind to answer numerous questions that I had as a first-time buyer.

Martin was prompt with his emails and we found his survey report very comprehensive and helpful. Thank you.

The survey we had done was very thorough and he didn't miss a thing saved us a small fortune and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a survey on a property they are thinking of buying. We would definitely use again

Martin was polite, communicated well, and explained everything clearly throughout the whole process. He offered helpful advice before, during and after the survey. He has a very positive work ethic, took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions that arose, whilst being very thorough in his work. I appreciated that he left everything as he found it - very respectful and professional. The report he produced was well presented and full of very useful information. It clearly highlighted exactly what work needs doing to my property and the timescale within which each job should be done. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Prompt and arrives on time. Great communication. Would gladly recommend.

We enlisted Plandwell to carry out a survey of our potential home purchase. They were able to swiftly organise a survey within a few days of our request. The survey itself was detailed and offered high quality images (captured by a drone) to illustrate their findings. The report was extremely thorough and the surveyor had clearly spent a considerable amount of time in the property and speaking to the vendor. All communication with Plandwell was helpful and clear. They organised the survey with the respective estate agents and vendor, relieving us of the time to negotiate a survey date. We really valued the extra time they spent following the report answering our questions, and in this respect particularly, we felt they went above and beyond. They clearly have many years of experience, which came over during all of our dealings with them. We felt able to have great confidence in their report and feel we now have a very comprehensive survey of the whole property.

Pleased with the outcome would definitely recommend

Martin did a great job

An excellent Survey carried out. The detail was even more than we expected and I especially found the photos very helpful of issues found on the property. Very thorough and fast to be returned to us. Thank you!

We recently had Martin undertake a Level 3 survey of the property we are purchasing.
He arranged the viewing quickly and got the report over to us promptly. His report highlighted in great thoroughness both visible and hidden issues that we would not have known about otherwise.
We greatly appreciated Martin being happy to dicuss any further questions we had after receiving the survey. He was very friendly and easy to chat to.
As first time buyers, the report massively helped us make sense of a process which is very stressful.
The cost of the survey was also very reasonable for the amount of detail he provided.
We would definitely recommend Martin to anyone looking to get a survey done.

Martin conducted a survey during our sale and his attention to detail gained him another job. Safe to say we are greatly satisfied with his report and highly recommend him to anyone buying a property.

Martin has done another survey for me, and I am just as impressed with the speed and clarity of it as the previous one.

We recently used Martin from Plandwell for a building survey, and the service was exceptional. His attention to detail was second to none, identifying both immediate concerns and potential future issues with clarity and precision. The report was thorough, well-structured, and delivered incredibly quickly.

Martin’s communication throughout was excellent—clear, professional, and always happy to explain things in an easy-to-understand way. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient surveyor, I highly recommend Martin at Plandwell!

As first time buyers, buying a property can feel overwhelming, but Martin has been really clear and helpful throughout, going above and beyond to explain the process and findings. The Property Condition Report was completed quickly and is easy to understand and navigate, and is also thorough, offering summaries, further detail and photos. Following the survey, we now feel confident in our understanding of the property and any work required, which wouldn’t have been possible for us without Martin’s extensive expertise and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Plandwell to anyone buying a house.
