Very happy with the 'new' sofa I now have as a result of its new covers. Even though the cheaper of the fabric choices still looks great, and I was assured by Andrew the covers will still look great after 15 years.

The whole process was smooth and enjoyable, the staff are professional and friendly, the only issue I have had is a button from one of the scatter cushions I ordered has come off and I am struggling to reattach

Plumbs representative visited the house with plenty of swatches to choose from. You still had the measurements of my sofa from 17 years ago when I previously had it recovered.( The cover had worn well, it was just rather faded). The new cover was made and fitted in a relatively short space of time and , as expected, fits fine and is just what I expected. So - courteous, helpful, speedy service! Thanks.

The lady who came to my home brought lots of samples, took plenty of time, & was interested & engaged (without in any way pushing her tastes), the timeline (for taking the sofa away for reupholstering & returning it) was adhered to, & the delivery guys were brisk & considerate. The quality was excellent.

We have just had two 1959 sofas recovered by Plumbs and would just like to say “ we’re over the moon ,fantastic , attention to detail first class and Plumbs quite rightly should be highly recommended for their craftsmanship , as both sofas have come back more comfortable then ever having been rebuilt from frame upwards with nothing spared . Superb , true craftsmanship is rare to find these days well worth the money spent , well worth the time they were away . Thankyou “ .

I had not expected the striped covers to have bright white piping so Plumbs took them back & redid the piping in marching pale green, which.was very pleasing, at no extra cost to me.

Great quality service from adviser visit and customer service staff to receiving our two newly reupholstered chairs. Only 4 stars as had to wait 3 months for our chairs to be collected for work to start. It was worth the wait as Colin the upholsterer was very helpful and he and his team did an excellent job. Our well used and loved Multiyork wing chairs are like new.

From meeting Barbara sales consultant to the finished product the attention to detail was excellent.
Plumbs went over and above to ensure customer satisfaction I was also contacted by Steven updating me over my order .
I felt put of the process I am absolutely delighted with the end result.

We had been wondering for a long time how to deal with a scruffy pine suite in our conservatory. Then we took the plunge and arranged for a Plumbs consultation. The gentleman was extremely helpful and from thereafter there was no looking back. The covers are beautiful. We are delighted and can recommend Plumbs.

Recently took up an offer in Saga Magazine for £50 off plus 50% off certain fabrics. I was limited to 2 fabrics, because of colour I wanted. To be able to take full advantage of the discounts I chose the cheaper fabric. I'm NOT disappointed. My sofa looks brand new and will be easy to keep clean with washing instructions given. Time will tell how it wears, but I have no reason to disbelieve Andrew in his reports of sofas looking good 15years later.

The curtains are of very good quality material and look fantastic in the room. They blend perfectly with the existing decor.
The members of staff I met with were punctual, friendly and helpful and obviously very knowledgable about the product/service they were selling.
All in all I found the service exemplary and I was very impressed.
