Trust in quality …
I have previously had equipment from POC and have been very satisfied with its quality and functionality. This was advertised directly to me and I researched it on social media (YouTube). I was looking to buy the type of items and the familiarity and trust I have with POC was the winning combination.

Ich hatte eine hervorragende Erfahrung mit dem POC-Kundenservice. Besonders Eva war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Der gesamte Garantieprozess verlief schnell und unkompliziert, und ich hatte überhaupt keine Probleme. Sie hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und war jederzeit sehr nett.

5-Star Service from Eva at POC
had an outstanding experience thanks to Eva from POC's Customer Service team.
She went above and beyond to help me track my ski helmet when it hadn't arrived. UPS was making the situation incredibly frustrating, but Eva took ownership from the very beginning and helped with absolutely everything. The feeling tha I never felt like I was dealing with the problem alone was truly amazing!
I have honestly never experienced customer service like this before. Eva was professional, kind, proactive, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. She turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one.
POC is very lucky to have someone like Eva on their team. Their products have always been 5/5 in my experience, and thanks to Eva, I can now say their customer service is 5/5 as well. Thank you again for the exceptional support!

We now have 3 POC helmets…
We now have 3 POC helmets and the last one is my most favorite helmet ever and in a lovely green color. I really wish they would bring back their cycling glasses that looked like street glasses! Those were the best and I've lost the pair I had. My husband has also bought some of their clothing and it's great stuff, fits well, great quality.
