Glasses holder didn't hold my glasses
Was stoked to get my helmet. Awesome packaging awesome product BUT the eye glasses garage did not hold my cycling Oakleys...which was a bummer and needed to return. Wish you guys were Then returning process wasn't very easy and cost me 35 dollars.
Wouldn't have ordered in the first place if there was a specific note on which glasses they work with.

Delivery times could be improved, it seems to take longer than most all other vendors (international or domestic) I typically use.

Life saving helmets !
I have had POC helmets for years and always loved them. Super comfy and I assumed super safe. I was right! On a recent trip to the Alps with my MTB I had a big crash and landed on heavily on the side of my head. The helmet was totaled, peak snapped in half and large dent on the temple area. Amazingly though , no ill effects to me , felt fine other than the aches in the rest of my body. The helmet and MIPS doing the job, without such an amazing helmet , the outcome would have been very different. The POC help didn't end there , after emailing a picture of tge helmet and the story they responded withing 24hours and offered a really good discount as a crash replacement on a new helmet, ordered a new one and it arrived within a few days - back on the trails ! Thank you POC !

First rate products
First rate products, quick delivery and excellent customer service. I placed two orders for ski wear to be shipped to Australia for a last minute holiday. The packages arrived promptly and on time. One of my orders included normal and wide fit googles so I could choose the more comfortable and return the other. Eva @ POC customer support was responsive, helpful and efficient in assisting with the return.
