Had zero coverage in my area. I asked for a simple refund and the customer support was awful. They made me record videos and send proof for several days in a row despite me not using a single mb/gb of the data because it never worked. After showing all the proof, they denied me the refund, but i kept pushing for it and only when i said i’d make a chargeback with my bank did they process the refund.
