Terrible customer service. Unwilling to refund!
I bought the biggest data package and I was told that I would be provided with a local number but unfortunately this was not provided since this is not a service that eSIM provide. This was not made clear and the fact that I was told the opposite is disappointing and not truthful. I asked for a full refund and was denied. I asked for a partial refund since I have only used 1.75% of the package I purchased but was refused. Very unhelpful and uncooperative.
