Poppies Picnic is Perfect
I've used Poppies Picnic on and off for a while and it's a great company, the fact they also do cook able range is really good which no other companies do that I'm aware of . So it's a big thumbs up from me and a perfect score of 10 out of 10 :o).

My dog loves the cookable mince & power balls,, I have received 1 order that 4 packs out of 8 were fully defrosted but was given a refund. Poppys picnic were very helpful. Freezer blocks inside would be beneficial.

Poppy’s Picnic makes raw feeding easy…
Poppy’s Picnic makes raw feeding easy and appealing. The ingredients are top-quality, British-sourced, and free from nasties – my dog’s coat is shinier, and he’s more energetic and enthusiastic at mealtimes, I'm very happy and so is Winston. The pre-portioned packs are a real time-saver, and there’s plenty of variety.
The only downside? You’ll need a bit of freezer space. But if you’re after convenient, nutritious raw food your dog will love, it’s well worth it.

Wonderful high quality dog food
I have a now elderly mini schnauzer who has been the fussiest eater since being a puppy and I have tried every variety of dog food on the market & she will eat it initially then go off it (usually after I’ve started a subscription!).
She was quite poorly last year & developed a chicken intolerance & I couldn’t get her to eat anything. She lost a lot of weight.
We needed to really rethink her diet & look carefully at the harmful ingredients in many commercial dog foods. Many have mixed proteins including chicken as well so they were no good.
She has never liked any raw that she tried but finding the Poppy’s Picnic cookable range has been a revelation. She absolutely loves it - we rotate the lamb, beef & boar flavours & she is for the first time eating every meal & thriving. She is maintaining weight, her coat is glossy & she really is full of beans !
I can’t recommend PP enough - I only wish I’d discovered it sooner.

Extremely rude staff
Extremely rude staff, accused me being sneaky for using a discount code that the website allowed me to use. She also refunded me the incorrect amount after cancelling my order without my knowledge. I did eventually get my full refund after having to chase up, this was one of the owners that dealt with my order… I would not recommend, overpriced, awful customer service - we have switched to pro dog and the quality is great, you get way more for your money and our dog absolutely loves it!

Freddie my cavapoo love poppy picnic it gone in a seconds!!as soon as I put it down on the plate .gentle on his stomach as he is very sensitive .
Also like the option to cook to so he can have hot or cold .very convenient in ball size too so no messing around in weighing it’s already done thank god 🐶

Good choice of food, our Tilly Scrumptious loves her Poppy’s Picnic complete meals, I would include a photo but she eats it in seconds! Excellent customer service too, when an item was missing, the team sorted it out immediately . Delivery is excellent too, we live on the Isle of Wight and food always delivered quickly & well packaged. Poppy’s Picnic well deserving of 5 stars.

As a raw feeder I carefully select the brands I want to rotate and Poppy’s Picnic is always on my order list. Recommended by Raw Fed Dachshunds U.K. “These ranges are balanced to FEDIAF guidelines and are nutritionally balanced”. So owners can be confident that Poppy’s Picnic is a suitable raw brand…and the best bit, my miniature dachshund loves it. 🐾🐾

A purrfect option for my good girl
I swapped my cat onto raw food as I wanted to do everything I can for her to be a healthy weight and have a long life. I was previously feeding a different raw brand but swapped to Poppys Picnic as it’s portion controlled and I only need to defrost the exact amount I require. I can see the quality of ingredients in the meatballs and she loves them. Her coat is silky and now I can monitor her calories easily. The customer service is great and delivery is quick and easy.
