Great savings with Power Wizard. I’ve only experienced one minor issue with an auto bill pay, which was resolved completely in a timely manner. I would recommend them giving them a try.

I thought I would be getting a better deal on my electricity and that was a HUGE fail. Your company placed me with the most expensive carrier in Houston and now I'm stuck in a contract that your company refuses to break. I have found much better deals on my own without having to pay your company $100 annually. You also shipped American customer service jobs off to another country and those folks can barely speak English. They really have no clue as to what they are doing. There is no way to speak with someone here in the states any longer. Not at all impressed with your company!

Power Wizard has kept my power bills as low as possible. Currently the rate is lower than I could find on my own but the fees charged by the electric company raise the cost. In any case it's still lower than my previous providers. I would like to be in a shorter contract with the current provider (1 year) in hopes I could get moved to yet another lower option, but I feel Power Wizard has chosen the best option for me and is doing what the said they would do.

The whole experience was great. I spoke with customer service 3x & all were great, spoke English & yes-you get a real a person!

I have tried other providers and Power Wizard is the best by far.

Since I have used Power Wizard my electrical costs have been much better. However when Texas decided to gouge consumers over the freeze last winter we all have been getting gouged on transmission costs from the vendors!!

All my experience with Power Wizard has been very positive and helpful in ever respect. I would very highly recommend their services.

Power Wizard has truly delivered on their promise of finding me the lowest rate possible. It is nice to not have to stress about my power bill being astronomical. I can focus on other bills and not be overwhelmed.

So far, so great . .we had a rough start, but the guys at Power Wizard got me on track. So far I've saved enough on electricity to pay Power Wizard fee and significant savings over my previous supplier. Keep up the great work. We'll worth it.

I love Power Wizard. I used to dread searching electric providers every time my contract came up. They pick the lowest rate for you and save you lots of money!
