Though I have been pleased with the initial resulting from Power Wizard's service, it is a bit premature after only a few months to go with five stars. I was initially very pleased with the savings of the first two or three months, the Center Point increase of 11% for delivery has cut into those savings significantly to the point that my most recent bill equated the rate I was being charged prior to retaining Power Wizard. As the old saying goes, "The proof will be in the pudding" of a more valid appraisal given the charges over the next few months.....

Power Wizard did everything they promised and saved me 30-35 percent on my bill.

Feel like I'm getting a better deal than from NRG

It takes the hassle out of trying to find the best electric company to go with.

Gexa energy charged $143.50 on my credit card, it was not the amount being used for the month of October. I pay all my Gexa bills from checking account. I have tried to resolved the matter with gexa. But nothing has been done. I tried to get help from power wizard and no help. I have talk to the Stafford police dept. they referred me to public utilities commission. That’s the step I’m taking.

The first company that Power Wizard used wo so cheap that I could not believe. The 2nd one was higher but locked in for a lot longer. They have earned my trust and I know that can save clients money.

I have had just the best service from power wizard. I don’t have to shop for the best prices or service. I get both with Power Wizard. Thank you all so much.

Great service, great savings

I have three accounts with power wizard. My first experience was great. Fabulous customer service! Second experience customer service was a bit lacking. Third experience, the first person I spoke with I had a really hard time understanding. Although the agent was very nice and tried to help in every way. I had a very difficult time understanding him and had to asked to be passed off to another agent to complete my set up.
