Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish, very friendl and couldn’t have helped more. Constantly kept in touch throughout the process whether there was an update or not and answered all questions. Really good experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car! I would never go back to a main dealer after buying from yourselves.

I can’t recommend enough
I can’t recommend this company enough. It seems hard to find a trustworthy company to buy a second hand car from but I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Mat responded to all enquiries quickly and has continued to be helpful following the cars delivery. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and I will definitely be using them again and recommending to family / friends. Nice to have a positive car buying experience and be able to share that.

This is the 2nd vehicle experience from Precious Metal. From calling Chris, to enquire & discuss my options on changing my car to having the paperwork (docusign) all in place and the car exchange date confirmed, was 4 days and that included a bank holiday Monday.
Nothing is too much trouble. Efficient. Polite. On it! Doing and delivering above and beyond.
My new vehicle was delivered by Chris on Thursday and my old vehicle, driven way.
It was the easiest car swap arrangement ever!
I was originally recommended Precious Metal by my Accountant and I’ve recommended and shall continue to recommend Precious Metal to others.

Fantastic service
Not your normal car dealership, Chris went out and sourced a vehicle for us after the one we saw on their site got sold. Nothing was to much trouble great customer service, on collection Chris’s passion to ensure the car buying experience is taken at your pace and not just a quick sale. I would definitely purchase again from precious metal and would 100% recommend them to others.

I could not recommend Precious Metal enough - the whole process was absolutely seamless. I was supported throughout the entire process of buying my car, nothing was too much hassle and no question was a silly one. Mat and Chris absolutely are the best in the business and have excellent senses of humour!

A refreshingly comfortable car buying experience from an impressively customer focused car company.
Although buying a car is supposed to be a pleasurable experience, often this is not the case as you feel wary of what you are being told and pressurised by target driven sales people. This is not the case with Chris & Mat from Precious Metal prestige cars. From the outset they were friendly, helpful, not at all pushy and could not do enough to advise on the vehicle we were considering in order to ensure we were totally satisfied. This is a small family company driven by good service, customer focused, providing high quality vehicles. We were delighted with every aspect of the buying experience and the vehicle we purchased. Thank you Mat and Chris for your expertise, attention to detail and courtesy throughout. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to anyone.

8 Months after sale Engine seized solid
I was sold a car under good faith of a perfectly clean service history and mot. 8 months later the engine seized and I'm now left with a broken down car I've got to fix when looking at the service history the car had severe engine issue, “milky substance on oil cap” , prior to be sold to me and apparently that isn't proof of a potential fault before purchase. With no help from garage I had asked if they are an approved dealership to see if my vehicle was under manufacturer warranty and if there was proof of the oil issue being looked at, they never replied and have basically left me with a broken car since.
Its hard to see a 19plate car just sit and get rusty with nothing I can do to fix it especially being told its wear and tear after 8 months and 6000 miles. Its affected me massively mentally and financially with no help on what I should do with the car to the point the car has now been broken for longer than it was running in my time of having it. I lost my previous job due to no transport and now I'm having to take a huge pay cut due to not having transport leaving me having to pay for a car that dont work and having to pay for transport all the time making it not possible to fix the car.
I know I'm going to be told i should have got the extended warranty but it wouldnt have covered the cost of a new engine to be installed with the old one taken out but do you expect a 3 year old car to seize solid?

Hi Reece, I would like to again reiterate my sympathy regarding the unfortunate issue with your car as per my email communication to you on 03/08/2023.
As a company that places a huge importance on the product we sell, every diligent measure is taken to ensure that our cars are to the highest of standards. These measures include (but are not limited to):
• We only buy from trusted sources.
• All have FULL SERVICE HISTORY.
• All vehicles have a minimum of 3 months MOT (a new 12 month MOT is added to all cars that fall below that threshold).
• Every car undergoes a rigorous appraisal process upon arrival – A copy of which is presented at the point of sale.
• We only include the most comprehensive warranties available as part of the sale price.
• All clients are offered the option to upgrade their warranty from the FREE 6 months up to 36 months at the trade price that we pay – this is around 50% of the comparable retail cost.
To clarify, the warranty cover on our cars is PLATINUM Grade and that entitles the policy holder to a labour rate of up to £200 per hour guaranteeing that if the need arises, the client can take their vehicle to a main franchise dealer should that be of their choosing. This is the highest possible warranty cover available which also affords a £5,000 repair contribution to help ensure absolute peace of mind.
Despite your claim to the contrary, we have tried to assist where possible via both email and telephone and I hope you see this communication again as a sign of our commitment to assist all we’re viably able.
