Had a really good experience with my appointment for a left ear wax removal. Everything was clearly explained at every stage of the procedure, including what to expect next. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for-the return of hearing in my left ear.

Becky was professional, informative and personable. The procedure was effective and very successful. Becky explained everything clearly and answered questions fully. I highly recommend Pride Hearing and in particular Becky who was delightful.

I was nervous to be truthful not having suction method of wax removal before. It was a strange experience like having a vacuum cleaner in your ear!
Very pleasant staff and consultant. Well worth the time and money to have a very common problem sorted out!

Enquired online I was called the next morning and got an appointment that afternoon. Receptionist was very friendly and polite and had my treatment with Lexi. An excellent service and very reasonably priced I would highly recommend!

Booking appointment was simple and was in within 2 days - pleasant receptionist - Becky was efficient and skillful so wax removal was pretty simple.
I have a recurring problem and have been to many different clinics etc for syringing and, in particular, microsuction and can highly recommend Pride Hearing - thanks to all 👍

never heard of this company till 3 weeks ago, and within those 3 weeks i’ve had a hearing test, chosen my aids and had a fitting.
nothing was to much trouble, the office call to arrange appointments, they call you the day before to confirm as well as sending text. and at a reasonable price… definitely recommend them and the staff are very friendly nothing is to much trouble.

Easy online booking, excellent communication, very professional yet personal treatment.
Lexy was superb at explaining exactly what would happen, she offered invaluable advice and suggested many ways to look after my ears. I'll definitely book again and definitely advise anybody struggling with their ears to visit.

Seeing the post on Facebook for a free hearing test after our family has been telling us we are deaf not believing them we thought we will prove them wrong but after our hearing tests and being set up with hearing aids at just how much clearer are hearing was 💯 need to turn everything down now brilliant should have done it earlier.

I've never had issues with my ears until now, My ear became blocked. I went to Pride hearing, I was very nervous, Becky was wonderful, talking me through every step and very reassuring. She removed a lump of wax covering my ear drum. Instant success, Hearing returned to normal. So so happy with the service Becky was Brilliant. Highly recommend Pride Hearing

Had my ear wax removed by Becky. She explained the process through out. Was excellent with the entire procedure. Now I can hear perfectly. Will be returning.

David was reassuring and patient. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood his explanations. I felt confident about fitting my new hearing aids by the time he was finished.
