Attended my first appointment after being sign posted by my GP . Becky was very reassuring and listened to my concerns before explaining the procedure throughly she really put me at ease throughout . The process was painless and the results are excellent I would definitely recommend the service

Very efficient booking system. Fantastic customer service, informative and solved my problem. Sara was very professional and really lovely.

Becky was excellent at cleaning my ears and revealing my ear drums again! Haha. The customer service here is also exceptional. I booked a session at the wrong place, and turned up thinking I booked. They were able to accommodate me and squeezed me in. Very happy as always go here! Everytime I get back in the car, I have to turn the music back down as did t realise how clogged my ears had become.

Ear wax removal appointment was quick and painless. A little loud but I was given ample warning before the treatment was started. Recommended!

On arrival I was greeted made to feel relaxed, everything was explained really well, I went in to have both ears done but after the camera into the ear I only needed one ear doing so that saved some money, everything was perfection for me, and my muffled hearing was solved, thanks pride hearing

The staff that attend to me today was so calm and well spoken and she was such a good listener and good explainer she’s, thanks for your time and helping me with my ear

On entering pride hearing today I was nicely greeted by Lisa on the reception and when I told her that I had an appointment Lisa then replied is it Jennifer so 10/10 for the greeting and only waiting for less than 5 minutes I was then called through into another room for my procedure Lexy asked me a few questions and then explained the procedure as she was going to start step by step .I sat really well with no discomfort or pain and once Lexy had finished she showed me the inside of my ears which were all clear and hearing came back 100% so I would just like to say thank you and I would highly recommend pride hearing to my family and friends 😊

I had my ear wax removed from both ears today at Pride Hearing in Derby and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Brilliant service and very knowledgeable, super quick and no more ringing ears

I’ve been meaning to get my ears checked for years. Spotted an advert for Pride Hearing and as it’s not too far away I booked in. The appointment online was really easy to make.

On the day I was welcomed by the Receptionist to a pleasant Reception waiting area. My appointment was on time and was with Becky.

Becky carefully explained the process, asked me about my hearing and answered my questions. She offered me the option to look at the insides of my ears on an iPad as she examined them, which of course I did! And then explained with each ear what she was looking at, zero wax build up and 2 healthy looking inner ears. She was very gentle during the process.

Then came the hearing test / check, all completed and results explained back to me in detail.

True to Pride Hearings’ word, when it came time to pay although I’d booked in for the £65 ear clean etc, as I didn’t need anything doing it was £25.

Great experience and I would be confident to recommend their services to friends and family.

Absolutely amazed the difference to my hearing, Becky was so lovely filled me with confidence as I’d never had micro suction before. Would 100% recommend Pride Hearing and especially Becky.

Service was excellent. Katie managed to reschedule my appointment when she saw a cancellation and I was treated less than 24 hours after first contact.
Suzanne did my wax removal treatment and was superb. She was friendly and explained everything very expertly and was very thorough when covering aftercare procedures. My issue was solved and I will not hesitate to return for further treatments if necessary. Very very satisfied customer.

Cannot fault the Pride Hearing Team @Cannock, reception was excellent, very polite and even offered me a drink. Then on to Lexi, absolutely brilliant I had a complex ear issue which she sorted for me with patience, could not fault her and would highly recommend this Team, first class. Felt like they really cared throughout.
