I had an appointment today with Kerry. After a week of blocked ears, the welcome relief after treatment was amazing. Kerry was easy to talk to, explained the process and delivered a fabulous service. Highly recommended. 5 * plus

I had an appointment with Pride NI.
Their very professional audiologist came to my home and did my hearing test.
It was so good that she came to me.
I expected a bit of salesman ship.Ruth was empathetic thorough and did my hearing .I myself asked to see their devices which looked amazing.
Ruth was very honest and said I didn’t need an aid yet.
Because she was so good I’ve arranged for her to sort out my elderly father.
I can only say this service is great and there was no push.
Anyone in doubt of their hearing loss should book in and get their hearing looked into.
I really felt bad that I didn’t need a device.
But I will defenitly promote their service and if I need such a thing I will be availing of Pride.

I had an appointment arranged for 1.00pm and then at 2.15pm, had a call saying that their internet had been down so they had not been able to email me, regarding the cancellation! - but clearly the telephone still worked!, they also did not appologise!, I will certainly be highlighting my experience of them, with family and friends

Been suffering a blocked ear every time I swim for around a year. Came to see Becky and she sorted me out in 15 minutes with no pain. I got to see inside my ear before and after the treatment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return. Thanks again, Andy

Excellent service. Made an appointment seen the following day by lovely lady Becky. On examining my ears she was so professional and knowledgeable and informed me of an issue I have had for years but was just dismissed by my GP. Becky explained a plan going forward and informed me what I need to do. I also received a detailed report highlighting the issues. Thankyou so much. Would highly recommend.

Great service Lexy was fantastic she managed to get my earing back from my ear canal in seconds,which the hospital and doctors wasn't able to do amazing service highly recommend 👍

The staff put me at ease, and proceeded with a friendly and professional attitude. They explaned what they were doing as they were doing it which helped me relax and made the whole experience a pleasant one. Well worth the money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had been suffering with my ears for a long time. It was causing me a lot of distress and discomfort. Then Pride Hearing in Derby was recommended to me. I was very nervous when I arrived in case it made my ears worse. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The staff immediately put me at ease and Becky, who carried out the procedure, explained everything before and was very caring and reassuring. The relief after was immense and I only wished I hadn’t left it so long. I would definitely recommend Pride Hearing to others and will use their services again.
