Such a pleasant experience from start to finish, I booked my appointment online easily, and was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who checked my details. I then had my ear wax removed by Lexi, who calmly explained to me what to expect during the removal process. It was so interesting to see what came out!! This is a procedure that I should have had done years ago!! My hearing is 100% better now. Thanks again for a great service and a really good price.

I went for an ear wax removal appointment at the Cannock clinic after having a blocked ear for a week and a half. There was more than enough availability and I was able to book a same day appointment. The process was extremely easy and within 20 minutes I was back to full hearing. Lexy was very helpful and informative, and very professional during the whole process. Would definitely recommend and will be returning if any other issues arise.

lexy was verry nice and helpful when fixing my boyfriends waxy ears, she was calm and gentle when using the tools and made sure he was comfortable during the wax removal. overall was a perfect experience and I’m so thankful he can hear now, the whole experience was perfect.

Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful, especially Michelle who did the home visit. She was professional, helpful and extremely patient.

Excellent service by Suzanne, she showed me the inside of my ears which you couldn't see the ear drum, i had the suction procedure done and it completely unblocked my ears, i now have the tv on a lower volume, i can hear a pin drop 20miles away , definitely recommend hsving it done

Today I experienced service from Pride Hearing that I could not fault. I booked very easily on line at a time that perfectly suited me. On arrival I had a choice of parking spots. The premises were new, bright, clean and comfortable. I was seen exactly on time by Becky, who made me feel welcome and fully explained the process of earwax removal after taking a note of my relevant medical history. I was shown on screen the inside of my ear canals and the debris that needed removing. After painless wax removal I was again shown the canals that revealed clean ears. Although I have ear problems that require hospital attention, I now have peace of mind that that my ear canals are clear. This is 10 days after supposedly having them cleaned at my medical practice. Pride Hearing offered a fully professional service and I cannot thank Becky enough.

Pride Hearing went through the whole process with my hearing, and was very thorough. Easy explanation and what was needed. Paul was very helpful and polite.
I would certainly recommend to anyone with hearing difficulties.
