While I still have an unresolved issue of probike misrepresenting the sale price advertised by email compared to the purchase price online, and have given up on a resolution, this is the only site that sells the particular Trek kit I want.

Bike lights are over 10 days overdue from arrival date now and looks like they’re still being shipped. Wouldn’t order from here again unless I was willing to wait months for my arrival of items.

Good selection
Good selection. Searching is a bit weird, is good if once I find a product similar to what I want I can navigate from that product page to the category it is stored in in your taxonomy. Also you are missing some crucial dimensions, e.g. the phone case.

I know no one else will ever see this…
I know no one else will ever see this as companies filter out bad reviews on trust pilot.,.
But your company misrepresented itself as an NZ business with a .co.nz domain and 10 day shipping times.
Once this became apparent (within 4hours of purchase) you “could not” issue a refund and cancellation, or upgrade the shipping to expedite it or even change the address to be shipped to.
Customer service was ridiculously confusing.
Would never recommend this site to anyone.

What a miss leading website!!
What a miss leading website!!! I dont even give 1 stars. Online this place comes up as probike kit (NEW ZEALAND) even has .co.nz at the end of it so I thought I was buying from.... NEW ZEALAND. Only to find out after buying a trainer for over $1000 plus a few other things garmin watch, sunnies close if not over $2000 that it isn't the case. Now I'm lumped with HUGE, HUGE custom fees. Not to mention how long this has taken to get to me. I will never ever use this website again. I feel scammed and ripped off. Extremely misleading. At the very least Probike kit should be the ones paying the all custom fees.

Its a .co.nz website so you would be excused for thinking the price includes taxes. No! Its not obvious enough when you purchase this info is down in the footer somewhere. I label that misleading and therefore far from honest. NZ customers add 25% to the price.
