First time Customer at Probikekit
First time Customer at Probikekit. I ordered a pair of forks from them. Great price! Excellent customer service throughout and they quickly answered my queries. I was kept up to date with delivery from the UK to NZ.
The pricing is very good, and everything I have looked at beats pricing from the main bike stores in NZ, which is pretty unfortunate.
Can't recommend PBK enough and I have subsequently ordered a new stem from them as well.

Website is easy to navigate and checkout process was slick. Free delivery and regular discount options also make a big difference in where I choose to shop. PBK is very good in all these areas

Took nearly a week to process the order (one tail light)
Now it looks like a three week wait for it to arrive in NZ.
If you are happy to wait the price is right. Frankly there are better options available, certainly not what they used to be.

Items not depatched/available
After waiting two months for items purchased they still did not arrive, website was still advertising item with "usually despatched within 2 weeks" which when questioned about Probikekit would not answer. After several queries still did not get answers as to if we would get the items, eventually had to cancel the order, very frustrating.
